Gotcha Covered did an excellent job on my master bath update. The designer, Grace, was very helpful in making product and color selections that fit with my home. The team of workers they have are very professional, timely, nice and able to make revisions if needed. They were accomodating to me doing part of the work that I enjoy doing.

Working with Julie and Kara on designing our new house was amazing. That made it so easy and really took the time to get to know us and our style. My husband and I are building a house and worked with Gotcha Covered for all of our new home's design decisions. Julie, Kara and Dori were very fun to work with and did an excellent job tuning in to our style and pulling out options that fit with our vision for our home, making it easy to make the perfect choices. Our 1997 home needed some touching up! We had Gotcha Covered organize 3 main projects. 1. Refinish wood and tile floors. 2. Pull wallpaper and paint the laundry room, in addition to new flooring. 3. Remodel our master bathroom. The staff at Gotcha Covered provided just enough advice to help us make our decisions without us feeling pressured by them. All the subcontractors were on time, efficient, and professional. We were provided a calendar of work to be done so we could plan accordingly. These projects were done either on time or AHEAD of schedule! This has never happened to us with other projects/companies. Their motto was: WE WANT YOU TO LOVE IT! We would definitely use Gotcha Coverd in Lincoln, NE again.

They were really easy to work with & help us hand select each material that fit our personality. It was so nice to pick everything from there shop & not have to go place to place when it came to picking out material for our house.

We started the end of October and the project was completed, with all loose ends finished up 8 weeks later. We used Dori Glabe, who was great to work with. She knew exactly what look I was trying to achieve and had a great eye for the details. The contractors that Gotcha Covered uses are professional and courteous. However, there was a subcontractor used that helped with the drywall, that while the job he did was great, the mess he left was not. After reviewing some of Gotcha Covered's paperwork describing what is required by them as far as cleanup goes, we expressed our concern to the general contractor. Long story short, we cleaned up the mess ourselves, which took all morning, filling a trash dumpster entirely full. This may not matter to some, but when you are living in the middle of a remodel that is taking the amount of time this took, you need things to be as orderly as possible. While understanding this is an old house, and that creates challenges that new builds don't, the attention to detail with the finish work could have been done better. My husband expressed his concern several times about two specific areas where a wall was removed. We were told it would get handled and that we wouldn't even notice the places. Well, we notice them. Putty or wood filler and paint don't cover everything. And it wasn't done to our specifications or as discussed with general contractor. I recommend making sure everything is in writing, down to the final detail, when getting contract drawn up. I am so happy we opened up our space. It looks better than what I imagined it would. All thanks to Gotcha Covered! I highly recommend the ladies that work as the designers, and for the most part the contractors. I am giving 4 stars the for issues listed above.
