I would give ProSource a zero. Confirmed that a stock item could be used for installation of 1,500 square feet of flooring. 600 square feet installed to find out ProSource was out of material and the manufacturer changed product specs. In essence, we will have to rip out existing flooring and start over. ProSource offered to refund our money with no commitment to fix the problem. We’re out thousands of dollars and have lost valuable time.

ProSource was very helpful in quickly and efficiently identifying the best carpet for my needs. It came in quickly and they coordinated well with the various contractors on the project, even holding it when necessary. I will be referring them to others.

I have been buying from ProSource Wholesale since they opened their store in the Buffalo, NY area about 18 years ago. The sales people are friendly and professional, and they really know their flooring products. They have all the major brands at great pricing and they get them in fast. The showroom is neat and clean and all my customers are amazed at the sheer amount of products available.

We ordered cupboards, and some flooring from ProSource, and worked with Bob Doyle. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We saved money too, our cost came in much lower than other places we had been to. I would highly recommend going to ProSource and checking out their displays. Ask for Bob while your there, he is great to work with!!

I purchased Bruce hardwood flooring from them. Everything went well. Product arrived on time and quickly. The price beat the big box stores. I was told that if I had a shortage I could get more product very quickly with no additional shipping costs which allowed me to buy without the necessity of getting extra.
