Mary Kate did a fantastic job helping us renovate our main floor. She is very punctual and could accommodate our unusual schedules. She is extremely organized and was able to maintain a schedule throughout all stages of the project. She has an excellent working relationship with the contractor and suppliers. Darren did an outstanding job installing our kitchen cabinets and entertainment center. His attention to detail and skill are exceptional. Mary Kate is amazing at anticipating and understanding our wants and needs. She did not force her opinions into the design choices, but she helped guide us toward making smart decisions that were functional and gorgeous. We couldn't be happier and are so thankful we had her to oversee our renovation. She has made cooking fun and easy again.

Mary Kate and the Fresh Air Designs staff exceeded my expectations with my kitchen remodel. There was frequent communication regarding timelines, my budget was respected, and everything flowed smoothly. Because she is well respected in the Triangle, we had access to the top counter and tile distributors and fabricators in the area. She works with many cabinet and hardware makers too. I had no problem finding exactly what I envisioned. The cabinet delivery and installation process was a breeze (for me, at least!) and completed on time. I had never done such an extensive remodel before and Mary Kate was exactly the person I needed to turn my vague Pinterest ideas into my real kitchen. I love her enthusiasm, professionalism, and reassurance. I overwhelmingly recommend the Fresh Air Design team!

I have enjoyed Mary Kate’s design and attention to detail on three separate occasions. She has years of experience and works very well with a variety of clients-those who have a good idea of what they want she adds refinement and details and for those who need more guidance, she provides support during the whole process. In short, she is able to determine what you like and help you get there. She has worked with me on a kitchen remodel and addition, new home construction (kitchen and two baths) and most recently, cabinet design for studio and an outdoor grill and cabinet. Projects are completed in a timely manner with coordination with contractors. Mary Kate is a consummate professional AND delightful person.
