We completely rebuilt our lakeside home using a combination of Via Design and Scott-Christopher builders. Scott-Christopher Homes got involved from the design process onwards giving invaluable insights and advice. We then had a comprehensive contemporary but deliverable design. The job was estimated. Once work commenced Craig, our project manager, marshaled all the trades in military precision. The project was delivered ahead of time and under budget. The quality of the work was exceptional, such that the home was featured on Via website and in the parade of homes. We could not have expected more from this company. Since the re-build the follow up has been fantastic and we have gone back to this company many times for other jobs.

This was our first experience in building a home and the Scott Christopher Homes crew made it enjoyable. Drew Terwee was our main force and had every contractor lined up and ready to go right on schedule. Not only was the work completed by the promised date, but we were moved in and enjoying our new home ahead of schedule. The crew that they hired were very professional, worked well in conjunction with other contractors and to this day, we have called on some to do other projects we have had come up. Over the past year, we have made updates to a house we purchased last summer. Scott Christopher Homes (SCH) built this gorgeous house 5 years ago so it was great to use them as they knew the ins and outs of the house. Craig and his crew followed a schedule perfectly and we moved in as planned. Six months later we are using SCH to put on an addition to our home. They patiently waited for our project to get approval from the association and have moved quickly to get started as soon possible. I have hired Surpass Renovations several times for maintenance issues with my home and would recommend them without hesitation. They have fixed my leaking roof, replaced a couple of doors and hardware, replaced my water heater and well pump, and even cleared nearly 4 feet of snow off my roof. We hired Scott Christopher Homes to remodel our house from the 1920's which was very outdated and they did a fantastic job. We wanted to keep the character of the house but renovations were quite extensive and they went above and beyond to work with us to accomplish exactly what we were looking for. They were very knowledgeable in helping us to find the resources we needed whether that involved materials or the qualified professionals that exceeded our expectations.

Scott Christopher, or more specifically his renovation company Surpass, did a spectacular job completely remodeling our 1946 Cape Cod lake house. Previously it had very limited views of the lake but today, with the addition of a new kitchen space and elimination of numerous walls, the lake is visible from virtually every room. While the house has clearly been modernized his cabinet makers and workmen preserved the traditional feel of our old house. In addition, we signed on with a specific finish date in mind, December 24, giving them barely 4 months to complete. Although it frequently required weekend construction, which we lived through, they were done on the 20th.
