From our very first call to Ashley's Building and Construction we knew we were dealing with professionals. We had an extensive gut and remodel done in our circa 1945 kitchen. We were always kept informed of who would be working, when they would be working, and what they would be doing. Both the design and construction work were excellent. The constant communication they kept with us made us feel very secure in our decision. After being in our dream kitchen for over a month, there is not a single change we would make. That is a testament to how well they listened to our ideas and guided us when we were unsure.

They were very professional, punctual, and friendly. All the subcontractors were courteous and very professional. I was updated and informed during the entire process. I would use them again and highly recommend their services. They did an outstanding job.

Recently we had the good fortune to hire Ashleys building and Construction to do major repairs and remodeling to our 100+ yr. old house. This involved sheet rock repair, new wall paper, brick veneer wall, texturing, painting, and crown molding on 10 and even 15 ft. ceilings. Their crew was very professional, came when we were told they would, worked hard every day and always cleaned up. Adam and Lisa kept things on track even though their house was ruined in the March flood. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations and we absolutely love the results. From beginning to the end of the job, we were thoroughly pleased with Ashley Building. It turned out that it was much more of a remodel than we had anticipated (due to long departed termites!), but we are absolutely thrilled with the results of two new bathrooms and a redecorated bedroom. This review covers two projects: a planned bath remodel, and work made necessary by the discovery of catastrophic termite damage in another part of the residence. Before the bathroom remodeling project, Adam and Lisa Willard discussed my objectives with me until they had a clear understanding of my needs and budgetary limitations. Once the contract was agreed to, the work proceeded very smoothly, with at least one of the Willards on the work site nearly every day. I was impressed with their attention to detail, and their insistence on only the highest level of quality in the performance of each task in the process. I also appreciated the consideration they displayed in minimizing the discomfort and inconvenience associated with any residential construction work. That project was completed on time and to my considerable satisfaction. Near the end of the remodeling process, we discovered massive termite destruction in a different part of the house. Based on the successful remodel, I naturally hired Ashley's to repair the damaged section. The demolition and reconstruction of a major portion of the house, including siding and brickwork replacement and some roof repair, required a much larger, more time consuming effort. Again, Ashley's completed the job expeditiously, delivering a high quality finished product. An important aspect of Ashley's is their personal involvement in the processes and their genuine concern for the comfort and convenience for their clients. Over the several months the projects required, I enjoyed working with the Willards and came to value the relationship with these two fine young professionals. I enthusiastically recommend Ashley's.
