Had a custom shelf made for $522. Came with a couple glops of glue UNDER the clear coat. First thing everyone notices when they see it. They requested a review. I sent them a couple photos and my disappointment. Their response: crickets.

Not great. Our piece had a nasty knot on the best side that will need repairing and a deep scrape where someone had dragged it across something sharp. Would not recommend these folks if your aim is quality.

We ordered a countertop in August 19 2021, we were so excited to see that it had finally arrived on October 28 2021 after a two and a half month wait. When I opened the box I was furious to find that the countertop I waited nearly three months for had been damaged and was literally cracked in half. When I contacted customer service requesting a refund because I did not want to wait another three months they informed me that they would refund me 50%!! What sort of company doesn't stand by their work and shipping process? Anything less than a 100% refund for the destroyed and useless countertop is unacceptable. Any decent, ethical and reputable company would absolutely give a full refund without question. BE CAUTIOUS ORDERING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY! IT TAKES FOREVER FOR IT TO ARRIVE AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR SHIPPING PROCESS SO IF IT BREAKS YOU WILL BE OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!

I cannot say enough about how disappointed I am with this company right now. I contacted them for a desk project I wanted to build and explained the details. The person I spoke to was very helpful in explaining the details of their operation and helped me pick the right solution for my project. They instructed me to contact them via email, so they could get me a custom quote for my project. I did this and received a detailed quote within 24 hours of my request. Great so far! Then the "other shoe" dropped. I outlined back to that written quote exactly what I wanted to order based on their directions and asked how to proceed. I was told that they would be happy to take my order, but the price would be 50% higher than the written quote. This difference was attributed to the referenced edge finishes being almost 10 times more expensive than quoted in the email. Additionally, there would be almost $200 in shipping charges that would be added to my order. This is after the email clearly stated that shipping was via freight shipping and explained what my responsibilities would be when it arrived. It also stated that I could upgrade my shipping, but that would be an additional cost. I find this entire experience very disappointing. I asked to speak to the manager and her response was that they made a mistake and were sorry, but they would not be able to honor the initial quote. The idea that a written quote for a project that clearly states it is good for 30 days is able to be dismissed due to convenience is remarkable. How is a consumer supposed to trust a business that will not stand by their written word? I cannot help but believe this was bait and switch advertising!

Beautiful & well made hardwood lumber products. I've had two custom cuttingboards and Induction cooktop cover in black walnut made for me and as gifts and they are absolute works of art. I will not be cutting on the cooktop cover - simply too gorgeous. They are warm, friendly and overall great to deal with. Give yourself sufficient time as most everything is custom and as such takes a couple 2-3 weeks. Cannot recommend enough.
