Heather Truhan and the Art of Home team made our selling experience quick and successful. We recently sold our home in Lafayette, Colorado. Heather helped us coordinate cleaning, staging and home repairs. She recommended specific lighting and painting updates which simplified preparation for the sale. She used several layers of marketing to share our property and generate interest. She held multiple open house events to establish solid interest from potential buyers. She stayed in communication with us throughout the selling and closing process. We were grateful for her expertise throughout the sale of our home. Wow. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and amazement at how we were treated by the Art of Home Team, with Ken and Heather taking the lead. I had such an amazing experience working with Heather and Liz to buy my first home. They were both so communicative, flexible, and supportive. Heather Truhan at West & Main was the quintessential agent for our recent complicated move! She was our listing agent for our 1960's Ranch in Arvada (not the nice end) and helped us make a lot more than we had expected or would have with a different agent (I am totally convinced.) She worked with us on prep, staging, and advice, and the house received four great offers, and ended up under contract 5 days after listing, for well above our already ambitious asking price! She helped us negotiate all the ins and outs of being under contract, and was a lifeline when the roof was damaged by hail on the afternoon after it had been inspected (!!!), helping us find a great roofer who got the work done before closing, despite that being the largest hail storm to strike the area ever. Then, she was our agent while we worked with a builder to customize our 600K dream home, attending design sessions with us, working between us and the (less than reliable) builder's agent, helping us avoid a LOT of potential pitfalls, and locate the team for inspections and a smooth loan process... and has stayed "with us" during our first year in the home to be a touchstone as we've negotiated the warranty process. I just CANNOT say enough about how professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, and caring Heather is. You could NOT do better.
