Having grown up in a custom, residential design and commercial development family in Michigan, my husband and I really appreciated Gerry's willingness to listen to our design objectives and planned use of our new, custom home, versus being told how we had to use our home. Gerry offered us new ideas throughout the design and construction process, and was a thoughtful mediator between the General Contractor and ourselves when differences of opinions arose. Gerry blended our home into the surrounding mountainside environment in such a way that it's design has received rave reviews and feedback from our neighbors in particular, but all of our friends and guests as well. We absolutely can't say enough about Gerry's professionalism, and strongly suggest that you consider his skills in any new construction or renovation project you might be considering.

I worked with Gerry on a very large house in Colorado. It was a long distance build. I'm in St. Louis and he's in Colorado, which can be challenging, and we did not have a single problem. He listens well and also is a very good communicator. Most importantly, he worked extremely well with my contractor. I would highly recommend him and I would personally use him again.
