Maddox Garden Center and Landscaping

After taking estimates for a new under deck patio from several companies, my wife and I decided that Drew and the Maddox team could meet our expectations. They did not disappoint! Drew provided a thorough design that allowed us to visualize the space. Once the project started, Justin, Greg, and team of other guys worked closely with me down to the last detail. They also adapted to my on the fly changes and completed our patio in a timely fashion. We love it and our neighbors rave about how nice everything looks. This is a patio that my family and I can enjoy for years to come!

I had the good fortune to hire Drew Board of Maddox Garden Center for a landscape project at my home this year. The project had a tight execution timetable and required a lot of design creativity from Drew. I couldn't be more happy with the results. Drew was a pleasure to work with, was very creative and delivered on time and on budget. Both he and his crew were friendly, cooperative and more than patient with my steady stream of "helpful" suggestions. They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the final product. We hired Maddox Landscaping to design and install approx 20 trees and shrubs around our property. Drew helped create the design and was extremely patient with all our questions and concerns. He even came over twice to re-design, measure, mark, and confirm the exact locations for the trees. It was obvious he was knowledgeable regarding the various tree species and what would best suit our property and what we wanted out of the design (privacy, variety, design) not just trying to sell trees for the sake of selling trees. He took the time to explain what would grow the best and where, and also why certain trees would not be ideal. The nursery itself was actually really accommodating as well, they allowed us to tag the trees we wanted and even allowed us to change them when we changed our minds a few times. The landscapers that conducted the install were polite and professional. They installed a few trees backwards from what the design plan was by accident and the next day when we advised them, they re-installed them the correct way with no questions or complaints. We received several compliments from neighbors after completion. Overall, great service and professionalism provided by all and we're looking forward to working with them again next spring! Would highly recommend.

We had installed a new stamped concrete patio, and wanted to landscape the surrounding area. We called Mattox, and Drew Board came and took photos and made some suggestions that we were unsure of. He returned with an iPad presentation that showed the proposed finished product. It was beautiful! We gave him the go ahead and he and crew proceeded to bring it to life. We are totally pleased, and would highly recommend Drew and the team.

We worked with Drew from Maddox Landscaping this summer. He was patient as we worked through the design and made changes to get just what I wanted. After quoting five different landscaping companies, we ended up choosing Maddox to update our landscaping and add a brick paver patio/fire pit. Our decision was primarily based on recommendations from friends and co-workers who had previously used Maddox. Pricing was very competitive up front with the other companies we quoted. The landscape designer we worked with was Drew Board, and he was outstanding. Drew quoted us exactly what we asked for, but then brought his artistic touch with alternative concepts for both the fire pit and landscaping. In the end, we went with almost everything he recommended and couldn’t be happier. The quality of workmanship was excellent, they finished in a timely manner and on budget. I wish I could remember the name of the lead contractor because he was outstanding as well.

They came to my house to clean up and add landscaping to my home. Everyone on the team was very polite, respectfuil, and a pleasure to work with. They even added some very nice touches that I didn't expect. It was a great crew and they did a great job. They all knew exactly what they were doing and they completed the job when they said they would. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definately use them again. They even came back within a week to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

Drew is very knowledgable and creative. We described what we had in mind and he came up with an even better, beautiful solution to our hardscape and landscape desires. His crew, Justin and Juan, did a superb job with the project. Justin even suggested a couple of variations on the original plan and it turned out beautifully. We have had many compliments from the neighbors and we are completely satisfied. All work was completed on schedule and in a totally professional manner.
