Les and his crew did exactly what they promised. We gutted our existing bathroom, and Les helped us to design and then rebuilt it exactly as we discussed. He came in on-time and on-budget, worked cooperatively with us throughout the process, and his crew and other contractors were the most polite and punctual workers we have met in our nearly 30 years in Beaufort County. There were a couple of little hick-ups during the process (not of Les’s making but things like parts deliveries)—he just smoothly worked through them and adjusted the schedule to keep the renovation moving along. We saw the progress on a daily basis, and always knew what was going to happen the next day. Excellent communication throughout! We would highly recommend—without any reservations—Brinson Custom tile to anyone planning a major renovation to their home. In fact, in a few months we plan to have Les come back to renovate our other bathroom. His work is flawless!!!

I had the very best experience working with Brinson Custom Tile. The skill set and workmanship of Les Brinson and his team is outstanding and is evident by the excellent quality of work they produce. Les immediately contacted me and scheduled an appointment to see my bathroom, discuss my vision for remodel, and to discuss the next steps. We purchased our home 6 years ago and I have wanted to remodel our master bathroom since. We have had small jobs done by other contractors and it was a disaster. I am very picky about details especially small ones. Les was very patient and his primary focus was that I was happy and making my vision a reality. I cannot say enough about him and his crew. We contracted Brinson Custom Tile for our master bathroom remodel, which we aptly themed "Rustic Farmhouse Spa". Upgrading from our original 1992 bathroom to 2021 was quite the challenge. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the boys' new bathroom I saw Les' work from another FB friend, sent him a message and he replied within 15 minutes. We setup a time for him to come by and give me an estimate. He sent the quote to me within 2 days. He helped me every step of the way when it came to picking out the tile, tub, and other supplies. Les has done an outstanding job on our outdoor kitchen. It is everything we hoped it would be. He also tiled our countertops in our garage and they are beautiful. Will post pictures once granite is in and the appliance are installed. Amazing work. He pays such attention to detail. We will use him for all our tile needs. He is not only very professional , he treats your job just like it is his house.
