It was a pleasure to meet and work with Haley Crane ! She was always very professional, and guided us in selecting quality materials while trying to stay within our budget. She along with her contractors were always very respectful and paid attention to details. We are very pleased with our master suite remodel, and will definitely recommend Haley to our friends and relatives !

We were interested in updating our home and wanted it to have a fresh and clean look. We shopped different decorative centers throughout the metro area, Each time we left the decorative centers, we were not anywhere close to making a selection. Finally, we went to Byrd and Cook where we met Brenda. Brenda made the selection an easy process and was phenomenal in helping us to select items that we could use with updating our home.

This is our second time to contract with Brenda Phillips, designer with Byrd and Cook. Our previous dealing included custom drapes, window treatments and rugs. Needless to say we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. When we bought our new home we called on Brenda once again to bring the finishing touch. She chose the perfect fabric choices for our window treatments. Perfection once again!

Great experience! Beautiful selection of products. Our kitchen and bathroom turned out amazing. I highly recommend shaw wide plank flooring. We used this throughout the house. A beautiful and durable product. We compared pricing on all products and install. Byrd and Cook had the best. Hailey was fabulous to work with.

Haley was the absolute best to work with! Once she knew my personality and the atmosphere I was trying to create in my home, she went to work! She was patient, flexible and spent time with me in her office, my new home and the granite yard to make sure everything flowed. We built our home 23 years ago and Brenda Phillips was our decorator,, so naturally when we decided on a major kitchen remodel, there was no doubt who we would turn to. Her professionalism, sense of style and willingness to go the extra mile for her customers are second to none. Bird and Cook and Brenda Phillips was definitely the way to go.

If you want a remodel done in a timely manner, then forget it! This isn't the business to use! Gave them a second chance, too! A place that uses subcontractors who put their jobs at the end of the list? Really? I don't know how they stay in business, but they won't have anymore of ours...if they ever finish what they started! And after giving them a referral and they couldn't even return calls to my friend..nope never again!

Haley at Byrd and Cook was wonderful! She helped me pick out beautiful tile and was patient with me as I asked her to change numerous things until we got it just right. Installer was very courteous and professional and left the kitchen as clean as he found it.

When my husband and I returned home from vacation, we discovered extensive water damage from our air conditioner. We had to replace most of the laminate flooring. We knew we wanted to use engineered wood. I went straight to Byrd and Cook and met Haley White. She quickly found how out how indecisive I could be. She was so helpful and patient with me. She spent many hours to ensure that I would be happy with my purchase - always with a cheerful attitude. She did an excellent job matching the wood flooring to my furniture with attention to style as well as color. We enjoyed working with Haley and will do so again for our next home project.

We built a lake house for our second home. Brenda and Haley helped me pick out most everything from floors, granite, backsplash, tiles and even paint. They had ideas I wouldn't even think of. For instance our showers are just amazing to me. I had a vision and new what direction I wanted to go and they put it all together. I wanted a cross over my sink made from the glass tiles. It hadn't been seen before and they made it happen for us. They were very patient with us. I can sometimes be indecisive. Now that we are finished with our lovely Lake house I still send them pictures and ask for advice when picking out some furnishings. They helped us make it a home to make many memories to come.
