We recently had two bathrooms ripped out to the studs and redesigned. We found the perfect contractor in Kate Blair Farmer and her company Blair Homes, LLC. She came up with innovative ideas, all within our budget, and had a great crew to carry them out. Working with tile, plumbing, electric, and carpentry takes time but it was worth it. Someone was at our home almost everyday till the job was done. And Kate came by almost every day and was always available by text or phone. The bathrooms are beautiful and she also helped set up the master bedroom to compliment the new master bath. I highly recommend her company to anyone having a big or even a small project for their home.

My husband and I hired Blair Homes to remodel our very out dated kitchen/dining area. We had a general idea of what we wanted our finished project to look like. Kate listened to our ideas and thoughts and guided us through many decisions based on her expertise and information she had gathered during our many conversations. I wanted a dependable contractor/designer or architect to help me modify my roof line on an 80's rancher and extend my front porch before doing a new roof. Blair Homes completed the project on time and transformed the outside of my house dramatically, in a timely manner. I will definitely use them for future projects and recommend them to others. My new roof with architectural shingles is complimented by an extended front porch that transformed the appearance of my home for a modest price.

Our home was 53 years old and had become tired and dated and it needed expanding and renovating to adapt to the modern lifestyle of our family. Much like a cherished piece of family silver it had lost its luster and was tarnished and worn. It needed to be rejuvenated to its original shine. Words cannot express how much we love our new renovations. Blair Homes LLC made our dreams a reality. We had been saving for years and dreaming of completely redoing our 1980’s home, longing for the day to get rid of dark paneling, brown carpet, wallpaper and dark wood cabinets. Our family was so fortunate to have Kate's expertise and talent in transforming our daughter's playroom into a beautiful bedroom. The new space is exactly what any little girl would want- warm, welcoming, and inviting. The details are so unique- from the striped walls to all of the decor that Kate hand-picked. This room is without a doubt the best decorated room in our home, and the whole family is drawn to it. From a professional standpoint, Kate was wonderful to work with. Having never consulted a decorator, I did not know what to expect, but was constantly surprised by her knowledge and "out of the box" ideas. Also, we had a major change half-way through the project when we found out we were expecting another baby. We then changed the design to accommodate two children in the bedroom! She was flexible and took it all in stride. I offer my very highest recommendation of Blair Homes- your family will be amazed by the results!
