Every inquiry we made regarding work ethic, professionalism and quality standards were met with high praise. We were not disappointed. We built our home in NC while still living out of state. We were nervous not being onsite to monitor progress and make sure all the details were making it into our dream home. Our project could not have been in better hands. Artie provided us with excellent communication and clarity with almost daily updates and pictures of the job site. He proactively managed any issues he saw along the way, kept us informed and made recommendations (based on his experience) that we were able to incorporate into our build. We were glad we did. We have no regrets or things ‘we wish we would’ve done’ because Artie talked us through scenarios and we were able to make decisions that have been beneficial and useful to everyday life. The job site was always immaculate (as we were told by amazed neighbors). Their team of subcontractors were always respectful and professional to us and our property. Angie Smethers helped us navigate the financials and change requests as well as interfacing with the financial institution; making the payment reconciliation process flow easily throughout the build. She was responsive, patient and very easy to work with. Building a new home is a huge undertaking - they made it an exciting and very positive experience. I would trust them to build all my future homes.

It was such a pleasure working with Artie from Keystone Building Group! We were remodeling our kitchen and laundry room and the end result was stunning! Not only did we end up with a beautiful kitchen and laundry room, but we gained a new friend with Artie. Artie was willing to "think outside the box" and make my visions come to life. Artie is a true pro in the remodeling industry. He focuses on the details and treats each project as if it were his own. He helps to take a lot of the headaches out of remodeling.

We had part of our unfinished basement finished into a storage room and an exercise room. We also redid the bathroom and a kitchen/bar area. Keystone was wonderful to work with. Very focused on the customer and they gave 100% to everything they did. The job is beautifully done and we get tons of compliments on it!
