This experience has been a nightmare. The laminate flooring was constantly backordered and no one called to tell us. I had to keep calling to check in because I paid thousands of dollars upfront and then NOTHING. For months. The flooring project that was supposed to be wrapped up in "2-3 weeks" ended up taking 4 months and when the installers came, it turns out the end cap (where the floor meets the wall) was never ordered so I'm writing this now expecting ANOTHER month delay to finish the project. They also straight up forgot to schedule a second pro to do the carpet stretching. I've called and called and my point of contact quit somewhere along the line so now I speak to a new person every time and have to re-tell me story over and over and over again. I just want my floors installed and some proper communication along the way if things aren't going as promised. I really don't recommend this company.

Please know, we hear what you’re saying and share your frustration. As all construction-related businesses have this past year, we have faced a global supply chain crisis. Learning to meet this new challenge has been difficult at times, and we continue to work on satisfying the high demand of the current market.
Your upfront payment is the policy of a nationwide program. As their vendor, we have a contractual obligation which may sometimes inconvenience customers.
We do apologize that the person you were working with parted ways with CAP. That must be hard losing your point of contact, and you felt a disconnect. At CAP Carpet and Flooring, our number one goal is to provide outstanding customer service. We understand home improvements and remolding decisions can be overwhelming. Again, we truly apologize.

Cap installed LVT in two areas of our home and carpet in a third. The entire process was pleasant and stress-free from start to finish. All employees I interacted with were friendly, professional, competent, and patient with my many questions. Maria Rapoport, Design/Sales, did a fabulous job helping me decide on flooring colors. All work was done correctly and thoroughly. My husband and I are very happy with the quality of the work done by CAP and have gotten many compliments on our new flooring.

We purchased Karastan carpeting from Cap Carpet for our living room, family room, four bedrooms and hallways. My husband and I were more than pleased with Maria Rapoport who guided us through the whole journey of carpet selection, measuring and installation. Cap has a vast selection of carpeting from which Maria helped us narrow our search down to the right choice for our home. Also, the professionalism we experienced from measuring to installation was next to none. We were more than pleased with the whole experience and we LOVE our new carpet!

I had them come to our home on a Monday for measuring and a quote. I chose an in stock Shaw carpet. It was installed that Saturday by efficient and courteous men. They finished the job in less than 4 hours for 550 sq ft. I paid 30% less than Carpet Kings quote during their big sale. I'm planning to use them again when we finish our basement.
