I have worked with the Sheng Tai team on several projects including an entire home renovation and multiple commercial space build-outs. On all occasions Sheng Tai has exceeded my expectations. They complete the work timely and maintained good communication with my team in regards to any issues with the projects. I appreciate their integrity, quality workmanship and attention to detail. I will continue to use Sheng Tai for future projects and highly recommend them.

I live in a high-rise downtown Seattle condo that was built in the late 1980s. It needed to be completely updated: New kitchen, three bathrooms, flooring, wiring, cabinetry, lighting, countertops, shower & bath surrounds, window coverings. If you can touch it, it was replaced. I interviewed five contractors. Got pricing from three. In the end, I felt I trusted Sheng Tai the most. I was the right call. Construction lasted 93 days and the cost came in at what I had expected. This was a good thing as I made some changes as the project evolved. Furthermore, I also came to rely greatly on Rich's opinion. The finished product is awesome. I love my new home. As to be expected, there were a few minor punchlist items. But, the Sheng Tai team was very efficient about taking care of them. In conclusion, I would absolutely use them again. Oh, I almost forgot. The building management said that Shengtai was one of the most respectful compliant contractors to work in the building. Also, none of my neighbors complained. Phew.

Sheng Tai remodelled our mid-century, galley kitchen. The craftsmanship was high quality and the job came in on time and on budget. Most importantly, we developed a good relationship with and high level of respect for our general contractor, Richard Heide.

As a supplier, I appreciated their willingness to spend as much time on the jobsite with me as necessary to iron out important details of the window and door order. Project manager, superintendent, designer and affected subcontractors were all consulted to make sure we were all on the same page.
