GoldEdge Properties did an amazing job of transforming my entire yard into a beautifully landscaped work of art which is now being admired by not only my friends and neighbours, but by people passing by. Not being a person with an eye for detail, I left the entire project up to GoldEdge. Their vision, including lighting and irrigation, created an end result that far exceeded my expectations and left me with little to no maintenance, changing my weed and moss covered property into a show piece yard. The men who worked on my yard worked long days in the extreme heat to get the job finished and never left a mess. Everything was clean and swept at the end of each day. I was given clear and simple instructions on watering, etc. and I am pleased to say that I now have a beautiful yard that I never dreamed I could have. I would highly recommend GoldEdge Properties to anyone who wishes to have their property landscaped by a professional landscaping company.

After working with GoldEdge Properties on several projects and seeing the outstanding work they do, we hired them to re-do our own yard. Our yard was a disaster with a multitude of issues including an unlevelled yard, a leaning and sinking retaining wall and poor drainage. GoldEdge's employees were professional and took the time to ensure the end result of our project was nothing short of amazing. The guys took the time to explain each stage of the project, always going into detail of what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Both our front and back yards were completed in early October and GoldEdge Properties to this day has ensured we are 100% satisfied and remain available for any questions and/or concerns we may have.

After viewing many houses on the market, we were impressed with the homes built by GoldEdge Properties. Their creativity, quality and design of the homes were superior to the regular run of the mill offerings. Their interior designs and choice of colors for their homes were outstanding. We knew if we were to build a new home, we definitely would have GoldEdge build it. However, we purchased an older house that required updating and extensive renovations and first company we thought of was GoldEdge Properties. We met and gave them our wants and needs and asked for their ideas and creativity. TJ came up with several options and after due consideration, we gave him the go ahead for an open concept plan. TJ oversaw every aspect of the renovation, from gutting out the dining room and kitchen to sourcing all the materials (carpets, hardwood floors, counter tops) and color rendering for the interior and exterior. The finished product was amazing ( we love it ) and we would highly recommend GoldEdge Properties for their professionalism, quality of work and originality.

We have a large yard and weren't quite sure what to do with it, GoldEdge gave us a choice of budgets depending on a couple different looks and then once we had a budget chosen, put together a landscaping design that also incorporated lighting. We are so happy with the end result and will continue to work with GoldEdge in the future!

I did not hire Goldedge Properties , I did purchase a brand new house from them though. Their attention to detail is first rate. I have been in the construction business for over 25 years and Goldedge knows how to build a house. Every detail of the house I purchased had been very well thought out and used materials throughout the house that work incredibly well with each other and are very unique. Their attention to detail and suggestions on interior design made it easy to achieve the look we were aiming for! We had looked at numerous designs and discussed options with several builders for our view lot in Mission, B.C.. The physical characteristics of the lot required vision and experience to fully realize an optimal design. At the time we were considering a build, we were fortunate to attend an open house for several recently completed projects that Gold Edge designed and built. We were completely sold on the aesthetics, livability and practicality of the homes we viewed. We entered into discussions about a home for the lot and what they thought we could achieve. It became evident they had good ideas and made suggestions and recommendations for a great design, while maintaining focus on our budget target. The house was completed July 2015 (on time!) - after 8 months we can say we love our new home. From the design, through to completion, Gold Edge made the process very straightforward and have dealt with the few issues we've had subsequent to completion very quickly.
