California Closets

California Closets of Spokane was a pleasure to work with from the first design consultation to the final installation day. Our designer made suggestions for us as well as listened to our needs for storage. The office staff was great in communicating information on our order and installation information. Our installers were excellent. They communicated and consulted with us any necessary adjustments and took great care in keeping our areas clean with drop clothes and took all debris with them. They even sent one tech during the installation to run and grab additional parts in order to complete the job instead of rescheduling to finish at a later date. We had California Closets in our previous home and they were an absolute must for our new home. Highly recommend California Closets of Spokane! (Score 10 out of 10)

California Closets seemed like the perfect solution to a poorly designed closet space. However, nothing could have been further from the truth. The designer representative who came to my home certainly seemed quite friendly and accommodating, but I found out otherwise not long after the job was completed. It was bad enough to have to wait nearly three months from the date of the order before construction could begin, but when I decided I wanted to make a couple of minor changes/adjustments after the work was done, this fellow was anything but. Not only did he rather haughtily inform me that "an initial install" takes priority over a minor adjustment request like mine, but he refused to set a specific appointment time to drop by and have me show him what I wanted done. I wish I had chosen a different company.

I love my new closet. California Closets did an excellent job. It's nice to be able to work with the designer and have it built the way that is good for you. There are many colors to choose from, so it matches the room. Install was very fast and it looks great.

We had our new home done which included all closets and pantry. Donna our designer was awesome. She maximized our spaces made excellent suggestions and ensured an excellent result.

Professional and courteous. Cleaned up after he finished installation. Arrived a little late about 15 mins. Was completed within 2 hours. Great service. I am a repeat customer!!

After installing the wrong drawers, it has taken 5 phone calls and 3 months and there is still no resolution. They don't bother to return calls for weeks. Their customer service is horrible.

California Closets did an outstanding job on the cabinets they installed in our garage. They were timely, professional and the product is superior. Our garage is very organized now.

We have a large closet, but it has weird angles in two places. I was at a loss when trying to figure out what to do. Donna, closet designer superwoman, came to our rescue. The options were many and we were able to tweak it so that we got the closet we needed and wanted. CA Closets offers a wide variety of materials and upgrades as well. We knew it was going to be a bit pricey but we also got what we paid for and more. The installation took 3 1/2 days. Rob was on time, neat and clean and very courteous. Bob was helpful, too. And, Jason was courteous and extremely accommodating. The office staff (Melissa and Nicole) were courteous and polite too. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommended CA Closets in Spokane!

My new closet is beautiful. Planning it went very smoothly and being able to visit the showroom was a plus for my husband. Installation was great. Very pleased.

The work was Promptly done, very professional, excellent quality very happy with the work done. Would certainly recommended to a friend.
