Debbie was so helpful to us in advising how best to get our condo ready to market. She accentuated the positive but at the same time pointed out things buyers would see that we should correct. While we were prepared to do more work than we ended up doing, Debbie was so helpful in telling us what mattered and what didn't and to not waste money on what didn't matter. She helped us with material choices and practical advice about what to feature in the condo and when to go to market, and in the end we sold the condo in 9 days for over-asking!
