I had been planning my "dream home" for quite a while before my husband and I met Cory. We were very impressed with his past work and design ideas and decided to give him the lead on building our custom home. Cory suggested the architect to use and we started from scratch with the design process. I am so pleased at the way everything turned out. Some of the best features of our home were Cory's ideas! I am so thankful we had such a considerate and thoughtful builder. We had a time crunch at the end with a new baby and he made it happen! We highly recommend Cory and Trademark Building Company. We hired Cory to finish our basement in Milton. The project turned out amazing! We love the way it looks and the functional space it created for our family. Cory did a great job guiding us through the design and budgeting process, along with his colleague Katie (from Hart & Lock Design). He suggested to change one of our original layout ideas for the basement, and it ended up being a much better choice for us. Katie filled in all the missing pieces with her wonderful taste for finishes and furnishings. Construction was completed within a reasonable time frame that met our expectations. The project also stayed in budget, despite us making a couple minor upgrades along the way. We had a few punch items like any remodel project, and while they were not always easy fixes, Cory maintained prompt communication until we were 100% satisfied. Cory obviously takes pride in his work and sincerely cares about making his customers happy. We would highly recommend him to any of our friends, family or neighbors.

We hired Cory in feb of last year to build our first custom home. I’ve held off on writing this review for months in hopes problems would get corrected. Cory does not write anything down and therefore forgets major details. Our house called for 2 bump outs, one of which his framers left out. We had major flooding in basement when building, twice. We have had ongoing electrical issues. Our roofs has bad shingles all over it. We’ve had leaky pipes. Cory has issues getting subs. He accidentally added an extra area of basement and then charged us for it as well as additional framing. His painters are sloppy and got overspray all over windows outside. Multiple areas in basement where you can see light coming in! I’m telling you right now, he’ll make you think he’s on top of it when you talk to him but he’s not! On top of al of this Cory has now ghosted ya and isn’t even responding. It got so bad we decided to hire a home inspector and you should see how long that list is. It was an excellent experience working with Trademark Building Co (Cory and Katie) to finish our basement. The initial bid and quote process was accurate and thoroughly addressed all of our questions. Cory and Katie have developed partnerships with several vendors to help us pick high quality finishes that fit our budget. We were also impressed with the craftsmanship of the different trades (carpentry, electrical, flooring, etc.) that were used to finish our house. We did not have many challenges, however Cory & Katie quickly resolved any issues. Our basement is perfect, and we don’t have any regrets. We will definitely use Trademark Building again!

We hired Trademark to build our new home near downtown Alpharetta. Cory was very professional and was able to accommodate the many changes we made to the original house plan. The flexibility they bring and the attention to detail is what sets them apart from other home builders. We love the new house, it is the house we wanted and it is the house that we got!

I have been working along side Cory for the past few years. Each project we do together gets better and better. His attention to detail, keen eye and knowledge in construction never fails. Trademark is easy to work with and the results with renovations, new construction or basement completions always turn out stunning!

We had Trademark finish out our basement in Cumming. I can't say enough good things about Cory and Katie. They were flexible, quickly responsive to our questions, emails and phone calls, and very patient as we tried to make decisions. We had never done a home remodel of this size, so we had a lot of questions. They did a quality job and we love our new basement!

Trademark Building was such a pleasure to work with! We hired Cory to do a major renovation on our home, which included taking part of the roof off. To start off, Cory took his time to put together a detailed quote and address any questions and concerns we had before beginning. Once the project broke ground, construction ran smoothly, and his team worked very professionally. The project stayed on timeline as well as within budget. We will definitely hire Trademark Building again. Cory was honest and reliable, not to mention has a great aesthetic eye. Cory, Katie & the entire team of Trademark Building Company professionals have once again exceeded our expectations and transformed our recently purchased 'Street of Dreams' home into a true 2015 masterpiece. As mentioned below, I was extremely happy with Cory when Trademark did a deck & basement renovation at our former home, so when we moved into our current neighborhood I knew who to call. The upper level had already been updated, however the circa 1990 basement bar/recreation room needed some serious attention. Cory & Katie both brought their innovate visions to the party, and the end result to the entire lower level including another bedroom & bath can only be described as "WOW!". This project like my other two Trademark projects was also done on time and brought in under budget and I would definitely encourage anyone who is contemplating a renovation of any size to seriously consider using the Cory's Trademark team for their project. ****** Cory started with us by doing a major deck expansion and I was so impressed with the workmanship and attitude of his employees that I asked him to provide his ideas and pricing on how he would finish our basement. We also asked three other "basement re-modelers" for their ideas and quotes, but Cory's creativity & vision and his competitive pricing made awarding him the job an easy choice. Cory stayed on top of the job, it was finished on time and on budget, and the end product was much more than we expected. Tray ceilings, archways & pillars made the end product a virtual terrace level extension of the main level, and we recently listed & sold that home in two weeks (I like to think that Cory's innovation played a large part in getting a quick sale). We are now talking with Cory about doing it again at our new home. Needles to say, if you desire a headache free & high quality new construction or remodeling job you should really consider using Trademark Building Company.

Trademark was highly recommended by some friends of ours that had used Cory on multiple renovation projects. We found Cory to be very professional as well as his workers.
