Helpie Kitchen and Bathroom

After searching for several days for a quality contractor, I'm glad that I followed the positive reviews about David and his crew at Helpie kitchen and Bath. I can't say enough about them and their quality of work and professionalism. David explained in detail the scope of the work and was very upfront about the costs for each phase of the project. The job was done in a timely manner and David was readily available via phone to answer every question I had. The quality of work was top notch. I don't think I could've made a better choice and I'd definitely hire them again if I need a contractor.

Finally, I have a beautiful kitchen! I was referred to use this company through a friend of a friend who also used them for their home. I wanted to remodel my kitchen with included: demo, new cabinets, new counters, backsplash, and new fixtures. I am so happy with the results!!! Here’s the breakdown: PRICE I got quotes from 3 different companies and Helpie was the most competitive. Job for job, their price was at least 17% lower than the other price I was quoted. However, price alone was not what dictated my decision in choosing them. What stood out to me was their team. CUSTOMER SERVICE Shon assisted me with the majority of this process. He began with taking measurements to digitally draw/map out how the end results of my kitchen would look like based on my ideas. This kitchen project was my second remodeling gig and I must say, the visualization really helped with setting expectations. Not only can I really understand what my various ideas would look like all lumped together, but it definitely eased my mind to know that they know what I’m expecting the end result to look like as well. Furthermore, I also met up 2x with the construction person Jose to give him specific details on my lockbox code and where I kept ordered materials/parts. He was super professional, compliant, and clean. In fact, I was very impressed with how clean his work was. I have pretty uptight neighbors who have complained about noise and cleanliness in the past, but with Helpie’s team, no complaints! QUALITY This is the most crucial part of any remodeling job, especially for a new homeowner like myself. It’s been 2 months since the remodel and I am extremely happy with my kitchen. The cabinets are sturdy, my farm sink is being put to good use, and I receive so many compliments from friends who come over. I went with some more complex materials, such as marble and matte black fixtures. However, everything is holding up in place and looking great. I even received a follow up phone call from their team asking how everything was. I didn’t have anything that needed touch up, but I’m sure they would have been happy to help. After all, they are Helpie ;) TIMING I really needed my kitchen done as soon as possible so I can resume my living situation. As soon as I started with Helpie, everything thing went boom, boom, boom. They outlined the process and timing for me and most things went according the plan. One of my cabinets was a special order so it took 3 days longer than planned, but overall the kitchen was demoed and finished in less than 2 weeks. I’m also a stickler on punctuality and I commend that they came exactly at the times they said they would meet and started/finished accordingly as well. No time was wasted! Okay so that’s the breakdown of my experience. I usually do not take the time to write such an elaborate review, but for those out there who are in my situation (either a new home owner, or simply someone who wants a referral to a trustworthy team) I wanted to give credit where it is due. In summary, Helpie turned my outdated space to the cozy sleek kitchen that I’m excited to see every day. I was very happy with the price, customer service, quality, and timing. These guys are awesome! We had a spiral staircase in our house adjacent to the kitchen connecting first and second floors. We wanted to get rid of it, separate the floors and make it a dining area. I had many contractors come look at it and so many of them were either refusing to work on it or asking unbelievable sums of money or even sending me clueless salesmen without much construction experience. David was the first straight to the point guy who proposed construction plan and offered fair price right away. His people were able to start work right away and finished the project on time and on budget. We're very pleased with outcome and can't wait to finish painting walls so we can set up dining area there.

After looking for a remodeling company I came across Helpie. They came to me with samples which helped a lot. Me and my wife had a vision for our new kitchen and they made it happen. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend thier work to anyone I know.

Helpie is a great company if you are interested in remodeling your kitchen or bathroom. They really helped us out with what would look best in our bathroom and how everything would come out perfect. They did as they said they would and I’m very pleased with the results!
