Niki has a really great eye for design. We were working with our kitchen space which was limited in some dimensions and she came up with a gorgeous design plan that utilized all the space with creative and functional storage. The renderings she creates really help for those of us who just can’t picture what the space could be. We highly recommend working with her for redesigning a space.

Nikki took on our daunting remodel of our 100+ year old farmhouse remodel. We were really struggling with coming up with a functional design with the current structure but Nikki's plan was beyond our expectations. Truly stunning! She was so pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend!

Nikki was the designer used by my builder and she worked with me to design cabinets in the kitchen, wet bar, Butler’s pantry, mud/laundry room and bathrooms, along with a few locker & bench systems. What I loved most is how modern and functional her designs were. I am used to having things like big corner cabinets and extra thick uppers, but she steered me more towards hidden corners with nice clean 90 degree angle corner cabinets and shallower but tall uppers with some glass doors in a few to break it all up. Her dry bar design was my favorite with a raised center cabinet really making it look so unique. Her visualizations were great and really helped me make a few decisions, including with the tile vendor because I loved what Nikki had put down. The end product has turned put great and we did some unique things with white oak, smoky blue cabinets, rustic alder cabinets and benches in the foyer. I think this will make my home so unique and really help with resale, even thought I never plan to move :)

My husband & I have very different tastes when it comes to design esthetics. He prefers a rustic mountain décor & I lean toward a more mid-century modern vibe. In order to ensure that we could achieve a pleasing version of those 2 preferences for our open kitchen & main living area, we enlisted the expertise of Sazz Design. Niki was very willing & enthused to help us plan & execute what we came to identify as a 'Montana-Modern' design. Working with Niki definitely took the stress out of the process by putting the concept into a more tangible & graphic format. She was not only able to formulate & organize an esthetically pleasing yet functional/practical kitchen layout, but also provided options/ideas for the complementary look of accessories. Niki was also able to apply her genuine sense-of-ease to effectively collaborate with our builder & cabinet maker. I think that even Niki was impressed with how everything came together. Seriously, the final product & look was nearly an exact reproduction of her design graphics. We couldn't be more pleased and proud of our 'Montana Modern' Kitchen through our good fortune of having met Niki.

Ok NiKi is the best. Not only did she design our dream kitchen she even helped us decorate it. She also communicated with all of our contractors to make life easy for us. She’s the best I’ve ever worked with.

We used Sazz Design for the interior cabinetry work, beam and mantle designs and more. She met us several times during the build process. She took listened to our vision and then made it a reality! Almost a year ago, my husband & I purchased an older home with a mindset that we would update the Kitchen (1960's original small, galley style kitchen complete with uneven windows & baseboard heating) We walked through & talked to Niki about our needs & wants, and she got back to us very quickly with 3 beautiful designs. Each one completely different but still managing to work within the confines of our small and difficult space. We choose the one we thought worked best for our needs, and were prepared to move forward when Niki reached out to say she didn't think I would be happy with the amount of counterspace I would have ( I mentioned my love of baking, and having my 3 kids help) She sent me over a new plan that had us completely redoing the layout of the room, which would allow for more cabinet space and an island ( which I have always secretly wanted) I now have an open concept kitchen(with a giant island) that is modern, functional & beautiful! I am so in love with it and we can't recommend Niki enough. She gave us exactly what we wanted while staying with in our budget, she was professional and is extremely talented. Thank you so much Niki!
