The Basement Doctor

Hired the basement doctor to insulate my basement, seal the walls and install steel beams. Not only was the price right, but they were especially knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future!

I loved working with The Basement Doctor. Nathan Reed, the project manager gave me all options and tried to make it as cost effective as possible. When work began, the crew was respectful and made things as comfortable as possible. The team always maintained professionalism and were personable and I felt that I could ask them questions without bothering them. Since the project is still going, I don't think it would be fair to post construction pictures if I do not have a final result yet. However they are well on their way!

Need foundation repair for a bowed basement wall. The sales rep recommended a power brace solution with the indication that this would straighten the wall over time. It has now been two years since the installation with no noticeable movement in the foundation wall. The only time they have contacted me was to sell me more services, i.e. waterproofing. I would not recommend this product or company.

This company installed braces to my basement walls that were bowing. The contractor came to help me move all the things that I had stored in the basement and returned to help move tem back once work was done. All the workers were prompt and respectful and work was completed on time.
