Woodcastle Homes Ltd

I have been living in the latest project of Woodcastle, The Vines of Niagara ( Niagara on the Lake), for almost 3 years. We bought the house directly from the Woodcastle and paid amongst other costs $1500 grading deposit. In October it will be 3 years from our possession date, and still we have problems retrieving our money. It’s impossible to get any information about why it has taken so long and when possibly it will be resolved so we get our money back. There is no course of action that was communicated to us, no proper customer care. We feel that Woodcastle Homes abandoned us and doesn’t care about setting things right.

Woodcastle Homes helps me to build my custom house and I am really satisfied with their management, especially two most important things: budget and schedule. That is, my project is completed around the proposed budget and within the schedule. We also get a lot of helps from their project manager to achieve nice finishing details.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Bruce and the staff of Woodcastle Homes. The site supervision of the trades contributed to a finished product which exceeded our expectations. Their expertise and experience resulted in our project being completed on time and on budget. We would highly recommend this company.

Bruce Cromie and the Woodcastle team built our home. It is a two story, stone and stucco building with a total living space of just under 7000 square feet. The project was complicated due to the fact that the property backs onto conservation land and a steep sloped ravine. Woodcastle built us a beautiful home with top quality finishing and workmanship. They stayed on budget and finish very near the projected completion date. Most of the subs were also phenomenal. Woodcastle homes are also registered with Tarion and stand behind there product. If there are any deficiencies that need to be addressed they takes care of them. If I was to build again or do a major renovation, I would likely use Woodcastle again, and I have recommended them to friends and family.

Woodcastle homes and their staff were great to work with, they are great at what they do, and expect nothing less than professional quality and attention to detail when it comes to their clients homes.
