Audrey knows just how to transform your home into what today's buyers are looking for. She provided a comprehensive service, including sourcing furniture rentals, providing decorative items and pulling them all together into an attractive package. On her recommendation, we also updated some lighting fixtures, repainted a few rooms and installed new stair runners. Overall, our home was completely transformed to create a bright and updated offering which spoke to our target market. The results speak for themselves. The photos on Zillow are amazing and our showings were mobbed. After the first weekend on the market, we received eight offers and most were significantly over our asking price. It's hard to attribute ROI on a staging investment, but I would conservatively estimate our ROI at over 5X the total cost of Audrey's services and recommended improvements.

We used Audrey on multiple occasions. When move to IL two years ago Audrey helped us decorate our living room and master bedroom. Audrey has fantastic style and vision. We completed the project within a tight deadline and spent approx. $10k, which was within our budget. More recently Audrey helped us update our second bath. That project was also completed within a tight timeframe and cost approx. $12k, which was exactly what Audrey estimated during our initial discussion. Audrey is also extremely flexible and accommodating, meeting us at our house and at various venders to provide advice and to select tile, fixtures, paint, etc. Audrey is a true pro and we plan to work with her on future projects (master bath, kitchen, etc...)

We first met Audrey when the Realtor who listed our home brought her in to Stage the house. We were amazed at the way she instantly transformed the rooms by simply rearranging furniture and adding minor accessories. We enjoyed working with Audrey so much that we asked her to help us decorate the new home we had just purchased. At our first meeting Audrey listened to our ideas and asked enough questions to get a feel for what our tastes were like. We also discussed budgets and timing.
