The work Brad and Joe did on my kitchen was nothing short of amazing. Brad is an extremely skilled contractor. I had several issues that a less skilled contractor may not have been able to handle. I appreciated when issues came up he discussed the issues and provided recommendations. This review is long over due! Every day since February I walk into my kitchen with appreciation of the work they did!

Brad helped select a system and installed it professionally. He communicated clearly timeline and cost and notified me of any unforeseen conditions.

In 2000 we bought our mid 1980’s log home. It had beautiful hardwood floors downstairs, but ugly boy blue shag carpet up the staircase, hall, loft area & Master Br upstairs. Two downstairs bedrooms had old, stained carpet. I decided to pull up & remove all carpet in the house. I called Brad at HawksNest Services for an estimate on new floors-we discussed putting hardwood in downstairs bedrooms & go LVP upstairs-that was Summer before last. Due to life getting in way, I had to put everything on hold, but I continued checking products. Spring ahead to this last Summer, I was ready again, so, Brad came out to do a new estimate on flooring, & I decided to remodel my downstairs bathroom. He was so patient with me, helping me decide on design & products. Once we were finally ready to begin, Brad & his team were conscientious about putting runners down on floors, not tracking dirt everywhere, & were great at cleanup. They kept me notified of their work schedule, were friendly & so knowledgeable of the work they were doing. I can’t sing their praises enough! I Love my new floors! I Love, Love, Love my new bathroom-I’m so glad I went with Brads suggestions. The only problem is, all I want to do is soak in my new tub, & look around at my new bathroom! We recently had HawksNest Services in our home for a bathroom remodel. They modernized and updated elements resulting in a bathroom much more user friendly for us. We understood their thorough estimate and appreciated their cleanup at the end of each day. We were not disturbed in the use of our home during the time of their work. Recently, my husband and I had our kitchen remodeled as well as our flooring replaced. After speaking with many other companies, we chose HawksNest Services, because of how friendly, thorough, and easy to were to work with. From the very beginning, they were patient, reliable, and had an unexpected vision for our kitchen, which we absolutely loved. We really appreciated how thoughtful they were when designing the layout for our kitchen. Throughout the whole process, HawksNest Services did an amazing job. The employees were always polite and professional. The craftsmanship is undeniable, and it truly shows how dedicated and passionate they are. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and the quality of work is extremely high-end. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with each step. The whole process was completed in a very timely manner, they did a spectacular job, and pricing was beyond reasonable. Brad and his team removed an old backsplash in our kitchen and installed a new one - we love it! We asked for a somewhat intricate design on the backsplash above our stove top to “break up” the standard design of the tiles and they hit it out of the park, it turned out very, very nice. They also cleaned up decently well every day which was great appreciated. Will absolutely be using them again for future projects.

We had our bathroom remodeled. We were very pleased with the finished product. Workmanship and knowledge was excellent. Would highly recommend them.

I received a recommendation for Brad from a neighbor. I have had issues with contractors in the past, so I started small with Brad. First I had him replace the storm door on the front of my house. What one would think would be a quick job didn't turn out that way. Brad had to build the front of my door frame out so that the handles wouldn't make contact. This involved extra labor and more materials. Brad stuck to his estimate and completed the job and I couldn't be happier. Then I had Brad re-build my deck. Unsure of what was involved since not everything was exposed, Brad gave me the worst case scenario estimate. This would include completely removing the deck and all framing and rebuilding from the ground up. I was hoping that just the decking could be replaced, but he wanted me to be prepared for the wort just in case. Unfortunately Brad was right...the whole deck needed to be rebuilt. He showed me all of the issues with the existing deck once he started tearing things apart. Brad completed my deck over the winter. This spring I noticed a couple of railing posts had dried and warped. I reached out to Brad and he came out and addressed the issues within a couple of days. Overall Brad was always on time, left the job site clean and neat, and was honest and upfront. I wouldn't highly recommend Brad and HawksNest Services.

I had a complete redo of my basement, which included the living area, two bedrooms, a large storage closet and redoing the stairs. Brad and his assistant did a wonderful job starting through the demolition of the old walls, which were some kind of horrible, nasty paneling from the 1960s. Since this was a pretty big job, Brad was willing to work with me to save on some of the tear down. For instance, only the outer walls were taken off and good insulation put up. Some of the walls had wallboard and they remained. He also put in something which was fireproof which would help contain a fire if it happened. My stairs were poorly lit and he made them more visible and added lighting for safety. The painters he had hired did an amazing job. In fact, all his sub contractors were excellent and Brad checked on them each day. I also needed some grout redone in a small bathroom and he was willing to help me save on labor and redid just the bad parts. I also was pleased with the company who installed the Mitsubishi mini-splits. Brad was very particular about the subs he used. I felt that even though, we went over the original estimate, it was still a reasonable price as the total was still under 3 other estimates from larger companies. Brad did some of the electrical work himself and I felt he was a good problem solver when we had a difficult issue. Hawks Nest will certainly be my go to contractor from now on.

Brad went out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly and worked well with the county inspector to insure that the work met and exceed codes. There were no surprises during construction, the job was completed on time and on budget. looks great too. I would highly recommend Hawks Nest for any project.
