Disappointing work. Poor customer service. I asked for options for applying colors to the columns and details on the front of my home--the colors were already chosen. I didn't get options. I got one photo that didn't show the front elevation of my house and there was only one colorway. The bill was $250. Because of the panedemic's effect on small businesses, I paid the bill and followed-up with Richard. I regret that decision. Richard replied that he would speak to Marta. I heard nothing for over a month. I followed up by email, Richard referred me to his earlier emai saying he would speak to Marta. No effort has been made to deliver the work promised.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Color codes for each design element (columns, siding, windows, overhangs, balusters, doors) were provided. You had additionally requested that we provide coloring for each of the design elements above which we also provided. The total design / labor time spent on this mini project was over 15 hours. Most professional designers charge a living wage of $30 to $150 per hour. Our labor costs compute to about $17.00 an hour, which for professional design services I we feel is very reasonable.

International Staging delivered for me big time! Marta and Rick are extremely good at what they do. Marta was not afraid to come in and call out the issues we needed to address in order to get top dollar for our home of 17 years. Having raised our kids there, you can imagine it was both a mess (kids are messy) and emotional (lots of fun times there). Marta cut through all of that expertly and expeditiously. Rick keeps the whole thing moving, handling the logistics and any 3rd party services needed. We ended up selling our home in 3 weeks with 6 offers over the asking price! The investment in International Staging paid for itself many times over, plus the real estate agent was willing to cover part of the cost.

With first-rate help from International Staging, we sold our house at a great price, within 48 hours of listing!! They were fantastic. They helped us figure out what we needed to do to get the house ready, and then did a wonderful job organizing things so that the full potential of the house was brought out in a tasteful and profession manner. Marta and Rick were great to work with, as were all their assistance and referrals. We highly recommend them - LISTEN and do what they suggest - you will be happy - it really helps to have objective input from professionals who know today's market.

International Staging was a critical part of the successful sale of our home! In just three days we had several offers that met or exceeded our asking price! The staff was professional, easy to work with and completed the work on time. They were instrumental in helping us identify repair work that needed to be done and got us a contractor to complete the work. The furnishings they provided and artwork was wonderful. They recommended furniture for us to remove and made the house look wonderful. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all they did to prepare our home for sale!

Martha and Richard did an excellent job. The staging and repairs were a huge boost to the “WOW factor” of the brownstone house during the showings and open houses. Martha’s design and execution was first –rate and many prospects commented on the staging! We realized about 10 percent of a higher sales price which far exceeded the amount spent on the staging. Not only did they do a terrific job furnishing an empty house many miles from their usual area of operation, but it was so good, that my real estate agent (not usually fond of stagers) as well as my real estate lawyer want to use their service for other clients as well. The work was tasteful, well organized, efficient. I highly recommend International Staging.
