The Kelzo Group LLC has done several single family home design projects for my business. They are reliable, experienced and proactive. They provide step by step knowledge in designing new homes and have redesigned several of our existing plans to meet ever changing building trends. As a builder communication is very important when working with designers, Kelzo Group always exceeds our expectations! Highly recommended!

Kezlo was great to work with - very responsive, intuitive, and flexible with any changes we wished to make. They helped to realize the vision that we had for a spacious and organized garage with an upstairs office suitable for two work-from-home professionals. Their design allowed for added necessary storage in the upstairs office, as well as adapted dormers that maximized the floor plan of usable space without having to sacrifice ceiling height. The office was designed to offer lots of natural light to cut the strain of having to use artificial light that can be taxing when already staring at a computer screen all day. Although our project was small in the realm of the projects they are used to working on, they worked on it and treated us as if it was just as important. We would definitely use them again for any future projects.

Highly recommend! Chris at Kezlo Group was great to work with from start to finish. We had a general idea of what we wanted to do, but he made suggestions and gave us options to make sure we were considering all the possibilities. He was very responsive when we were sending emails back and forth, and the whole process was very efficient and professional. We renovated about half of our house and our contractor found Chris's plans to be easy to use and had no problems. Hiring an architect was well worth the money for us and we were really pleased with how the whole project turned out!

Architecture firm that can handle small jobs to portfolio of homes. They understand the details required for Prince George’s County, and have used their plans for AA and Baltimore. They have designed several new homes and a couple small additions.

Jason Winters designed our waterfront home in Annapolis and did an incredible job. Modern and sleek yet warm and comfortable. We awake with an unbelievable view of water which continues as we move about the house through the different phases of the day. Recently his design of our house won a prestigious award through the AIA here Maryland.
