When I purchased the blinds, they were very professional, three years later I called because the handle broke on the largest one and ripped. I called to find out how much it would cost to get it replaced and was told by the receptionist that it would not cost me anything and then she scheduled somebody to come out and take a look. I was very impressed with this kind of warranty. They came out and looked and said oh no, you have to purchase a whole new blind and I explained what the receptionist told me, the technician went back and spoke to the store manager who was supposed to be in touch with me, but that never happened, the receptionist did admit to the technician/store manager that is what she had told me, so yes, the original service was great, but don’t count on them for service after the fact

We had our blinds installed today in the whole house. The blinds are beautiful! The installation went beautifully and quickly. The installers were very professional and very polite. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience from the beginning to completion. We will definitely consider them for future work that we may have. Thank you for being the best to work with!!

Rick, owner of The Blind Guy, came to our condo to recommend skylight treatments that would allow light into the room but greatly reduce the heat that entered. Our previous blinds had deteriorated from the heat and light. Rick suggested 2 different styles from his large offerings that would provide just what we needed. We also were planning to leave in a few weeks and asked if there would be time to complete the job. He said about 3 wks and that he would have it installed as soon as it arrived. We also needed a blind for an elliptical window inner bedroom that would provide the same protection. The blinds arrived on time and the elliptical fit perfectly! Considering that the skylights are about 16ft the installer was very careful that the very tall ladder didn't bump anything in the somewhat limited space. We are very pleased with the blinds, the installation and fair pricing. WE have recommended TBG to others in our area.

This was our first transaction with, "The Blind Guy". We purchased 7 Norman window shutters and all are functioning very well. This is the 2nd project Rick Bagley of Blind Guy/Kalispell and Bigfork, MT has done for me. Nearly 2 years ago he installed an exterior awning over my deck lakeside. It is motorized and has from the beginning worked well. I worry about the strong winds coming off the lake but the awning was well anchored and has stayed put. About 2 weeks ago, his assistants installed an inside shade over two half circle windows now letting in light owing to the switch from the old awning to the new one. I hesitated on hearing his recommendation of an inside install fearing the unit into which the shade rolls up would be a distraction. He gave me the name of a customer who had a similar situation and after seeing hers, I went with Rick's suggestion. It was installed and I love it. It is so similar in material and color to the lower shades that neither I nor anyone notice it. He is the complete pro: helpful, on time, with a clear estimate and good service. I received a thank you note following the installation and an offer to call should I have any questions or issues going forward. I highly recommend him.

Rick, owner of the Blind Guy in Kalispell, MT, provided us with gorgeous blinds! I wanted up/down, blackout shades, in a warm brown tone, and I received just what I envisioned!They are truly beautiful & I get so many compliments on them. They also match my drapes exactly.
