DESIGN 4 CORNERS

We hired Susanna in 2013 to help us remodel our entire downstairs (Kitchen, Living Room and Dinning Room). We explained our desires and taste and she took that and ran! She created a wonderful space for us that reflects our style and personalities perfectly! After that project, we have since used her to design an amazing playroom (fort and all!), a complete Master bedroom and bathroom remodel, updates to our two bathrooms and decoration consultations throughout the other rooms of the house. She is a joy to work with, extremely talented, willing to work with your budget and dedicated to her work. We highly recommend her and though we plan to NEVER leave our house, if we ever did move, she's the first we'll call to help us with the new house :)

Susanna Samaniego helped us with the enormous task of remodeling a 3200 sq ft home in Carlsbad. The home was built in 2002, and had literally not had a single bit of work done to it, right down to the Corian counter tops and linoleum bathroom floors. We also moved into the home with our 1 month old baby, we did not have a lot of time. Susanna was able to figure the styles that we preferred (modern/rustic/Spanish) and held our hands as she guided us through the process of completely remodeling our home. She is especially adept at taking an idea that you have and making sure that it fits with the overall look that you are trying to achieve. She also gave us both high budget and low budget options for every new project that we embarked on. After having spoken with several friends who paid huge sums of money to designers that literally just copied the pages of Restoration Hardware onto their homes, I can say that Susanna is the best home decorator in San Diego County.

I LOVE OUR HOUSE! When we started our search for our first house we knew we wanted everything done right from the beginning. That's when we found Susanna and 4 Corners Design. She helped us envision different concepts in each of the houses we considered, so once we found the one, she knew what we wanted before we knew what we wanted! Our favorite place to visit has always been Hawaii, so she made us realize we wanted a Hawaiian Plantation style home that didn't come off as tacky. Susanna was able to help oversee everything, from the wood floors and painting being done before we moved in, to making sure that we had furniture by the time we moved in, and every little detail until the very end. She even helped us decorate for our Christmas party! Susanna worked with us at our own rate, so it's been about a 5 month process, but our house is finally done and it looks amazing! Everyone that comes to our house compliments how gorgeous our home is. I love everything that she has done, pulling off this Plantation concept but still keeping our own style incorporated with everything. Sometimes it is hard to get any work done because we constantly feel like we are on vacation in our favorite place in the world. I am so happy with Susanna and 4 Corners for how they turned a house into our dream home!

Susanna of 4 Corners Design is exceptional in all ways. She quickly picks up on your style and goes above and beyond to help you design an area that fits your needs and is in your budget. After working with other designers who never asked me how much I wanted to spend or how I would be using the room/pieces, it is obvious that Susanna is experienced and professional and works to do the best job for her clients. She is very artistic and made some amazing small changes in my house that literally make me happy to look at each day. I liked that she doesn't push to over-accesorize or fill every wall showing that she truly designs with the entire space in mind. She is happy to work with furniture you already have or pieces you love and don't want to get rid of or she can design an entire area from the ground up. She is very talented, flexible to work with and efficient on any project- you would be lucky to book her for your design needs!

Susanna is terrific! She was recommended to us by our contractor. She is very flexible, friendly and reasonable. She helped us select travertine tile for our bathrooms to replace existing carpet, as well as helped us select carpeting . She also gave us advise on styles for chairs and a sofa for our family room. We checked her website and really like her style. We like her so much that we are using her to help us select paint, doors, and furniture and many other things to be determined, for a home we just purchased.
