I WAS a life long customer for my home and my business. NO MORE! When I had a problem, they promised to get me an estimate to fix it, with NO follow through. I will no longer pay top dollar for no service or follow through. Very disappointing. 9/5/18- Update: Troy called after this posting and apologized and began working on a solution to resolve our problem. Will keep you posted! 3/9/19 Update: Troy submitted a claim to the manufacturer who agreed the floor was defective and agreed to replace the floor including labor. We picked out a new floor (and we took some time to do so), but as soon as we did, Troy arranged an install date and everything was taken care of. The floor is beautiful, and the service to correct this problem was exemplary. In addition, we had more work done at our business - all done beyond our satisfaction. Thank you Troy and Duralum!

Troy was an absolute pleasure to work with while building our new home. He listened to our likes and wants and then helped to narrow down our flooring selection. He was easy to work with, flexible with his time and endured many meetings with us until our final selection was made. The installation team was very professional and timely while laying down our new flooring. I've recommended Duralum to many friends and will continue to do so.

We needed new flooring in our kitchen & living room so we went looking at a few places and we picked Duralum because they had very helpful / knowledgeable sales people (not pushy like the other places we went to) They had a very large selection and the total price was better than the rest, The installers showed up on time, they were in and out in a quickly and did a perfect job!! Plus I saved money, I will be back again.
