Industrial Lightworks

I am in love with my industrial diamond plate chandelier. Every time someone comes to my house for the first time, they comment on this light fixture. Could not be more pleased. Industrial Lightworks was great to work with— responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Do not purchase any of these light fixtures without knowing and agreeing to the risks: These are not UL tested. According to federal guidelines, these light fixtures will not pass a building inspection in the US (residential or commercial). If you install them after an inspection, your insurance company can refuse to pay any claim that might be related to the lights. So, if a fire is started and found to be caused by the light, your insurance can refuse to pay. Industrial Lightworks is aware of this, but is not willing to have their lights UL reviewed and they refuse to accept returns. Know your risks before you buy!

I purchased a stunning industrial Edison-bulb chandelier for my dining room. Bill and Tara of Industrial Lightworks were great to work with. Bill asked that I send him photos of my dining area and stayed on line with me as we looked at hanging options and other elements of placement. Although we didn't meet in person, I would highly recommend them for their knowledge, professionalism, and creativity. Additionally, the chandelier is a focal point for my dining area and is simply gorgeous!

We needed something to make our "lake room" unique. I saw Bill's work online and, with an idea in mind, I asked if he could make custom wine bottle lights to hang over the bar using a light aqua bottle and nickel-colored hardware with bare cord for us to attach our own track adapters. He not only obliged, he sent me sample pictures and sent "in process" pictures to show me color and style as the idea became reality. He had the lights finished in a week and at my door the following week. The lights were packed super well. They probably would have been safe if they fell off the UPS truck. Bill communicated promptly, always the same day, and his quote was reasonable and well-itemized. I am looking for more projects for Bill to do. He is a superior craftsman who provides great service.

We LOVE our new light fixture in our dining room; the craftsmanship and uniqueness of the piece is unmatched. It's the first thing people notice when they come over and it has added so much character to the space. Shipping was prompt and I can honestly say I have never received anything that was so carefully packed before. These people know what they are doing and it shows! Really top-notch all around. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered and industrial paper towel holder, here's a picture. They were great to work with, and it's an awesome product. Prompt service as well. As a matter a fact I ordered another one for my bayhouse, which has an industrial feel, perfect!

I can't overstate the quality of the chandelier that I purchased and the level of customer service that I received. I had certain custom needs to which I asked Bill to tailor his work, and he was enthusiastic about doing something original and very eager to please. As the project evolved, I had additional requests for how the chandelier should be designed, and Bill was exceedingly patient and responsive to my needs. He always responded to my emails and inquiries promptly and thoroughly. The chandelier is original and beautiful; in the two weeks that it's been hanging in my library, every guest to my home has remarked on its distinctive appearance. It does not simply blend in, but adds a unique character to the entire room. If you are looking for a fixture that is a little different and stands out, then you MUST use Bill!!!!!!!!
