Freedom Design Kitchen & Bath

We interviewed 3 different contractors for the renovation of our master bath and hall bath. We chose Freedom design because they were very professional, easy to work with, and it was all under one roof. Robert and his team were amazing. The work is impeccable and we love it!!!!!! It couldn't of turned out any better. I only wish we would of known of them when we renovated our kitchen a few years ago.

I worked primarily with Tom and also had contact with Mark and from Freedom Design in Stow. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and customer service. The cabinets are high quality and were delivered quickly. My phone calls and emails were returned promptly. The counter company they recommended was terrific as well. As with all large projects, there are always some bumps in the road. When we had a miscommunication about one cabinet, the three men above were extremely quick in resolving the problem. They came out to my house twice and had the issue resolved to my satisfaction the same day. I am highly satisfied with Freedom Design and will use them again, as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

Freedom Design is a very high service business in meeting the project needs. They also value design and "getting it right." Having a partner who has strong service capabilities for the design concepts to plans; with a "can do attitude" and then does it well is very valuable to have as a business partner. I would definitely give Freedom Design consideration on a kitchen and bath project as their expertise in the Cleveland market.

I ordered new kitchen cabinets through this company. The cabinets were delivered in great condition and on time with no back orders as promised, I would purchase products through this company again.

Freedom Design specializes in KraftMaid cabinets. They also offer design services and then refer you to contractors etc. we knew what we wanted with our kitchen remodel and Freedom helped us with sizing and fit etc. They referred us to an amazing contractor and our experience could not have been better! We love our kitchen, it is so much more efficient and the cabinets are beautiful!
