I highly recommend Instant Interiors! They did a wonderful job staging a condo that marketed for sale in Brookline. The staging was very tasteful and made the condo look amazing. The staging made a big difference and I quickly received an offer on it. The staff at Instant Interiors are very professional and organized and very easy to work with.

Instant Interiors has been my go-to staging company for over a decade. Their team is a pleasure to work with, and they consistently deliver exceptional results. To me, great staging means buyers can’t quite tell if a home is staged because it feels real, warm & inviting. It’s when other agents ask, “Who did your staging?” And it’s when sellers (half-jokingly) start to wonder if they should sell after seeing the transformation. Instant Interiors uses high-quality furnishings and has a remarkable ability to define even the most unusual or quirky spaces. As a full-time real estate professional, I cannot give enough praise to the team at Instant Interiors! Their work is expedient, professional, and simply beautiful! I wish every homeowner would engage a professional stager. The proof is in the pudding... the value of professional staging cannot be understated. Every time Instant Interiors stages one of my listings, it sells quickly. Instant Interiors recently staged a listing of mine at 20 Revolutionary Road in Sudbury. The Seller received 10 offers and the home sold for 112% of the asking price! In a volatile market, this is an incredible result!

We turned to Instant Interiors in a pinch when our realtor failed to do an adequate job of staging. They jumped in and rescued us. I called them in a panic and within a day they scoped out the house, made a plan, and wedged us into their packed schedule. Nancy and Christine understood that the house needed very specific midcentury furnishings and the staging was terrific. Their advice was helpful and practical (including advising against staging all the rooms, which was in their financial interest). I can easily recommend them with no reservations. They’re true professionals.

I had the pleasure of working with Instant Interiors to stage my home before putting it on the market. I made a last minute call to them, and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule, which I REALLY appreciated.
The results were nothing short of incredible! From the very first consultation, Nancy was professional, attentive to detail, and clearly knew what she was doing. I recently used Instant Interiors to completely stage a vacant home that I was selling in Arlington. During the open houses, I had many potential buyers comment on how beautiful the home looked with all the decor and furniture (staging). It really complemented the home and made a very special home that much more special. Instant Interiors staged a condominium I was listing, and it made a world of difference. Not only did we accept an offer significantly over asking, but the offer came within 3 days of listing the property. For comparison, there are several other condos with identical floorplans, located in the same complex that were not staged and are currently listed at far lower prices. These comparable units, even though priced lower, continue to accumulate days on market while waiting for a buyer. Instant Interiors staging made all the difference, resulting in a higher price point, quick offer, and fewer days on market!

As a realtor, Nancy at Instant Interiors has been an amazing resource for my partner and I. Her aesthetic is top notch and her sense of design is elegant, tasteful, fresh, and brings together a beautiful vision of how one could live in a condo or home. Not only is she sensitive as to how to set up each home in kind with its style and audience, she is detailed and works with exemplary efficiency. In one case, on a 4th of July weekend, she did the impossible, stage our condo in 24 hours!! In fact this is how we met. After making a lot of calls to different stagers, and most saying they were booked weeks out, when I called Nancy she asked if she could come by right away to see what could be done. Within two hours she was at the unit, and the next day she had the condo remarkably staged, like 'WOW' staged! Instant Interiors comes from YES, they truly care and want to help, and the work they do is exquisite. I couldn't be happier to know I have them to call and wouldn't use anyone else. They are attentive to every detail from start to finish and do a terrific job every single time.

My husband and I renovate houses—for the last 30 years. We did a very sweet house in Cambridge MA recently. Open plan. We used a virtual stager who did a nice job. We received one not very good offer when the house first went on the market. Then for a few weeks we were getting second showings but no offer. In the past we had done actual staging and decided we need to again. This was our first time with instant interiors. Nancy was amazing. She moved heaven and earth to get the job done quickly. The first weekend with it staged—3 offers resulted in a bidding war and over asking deal.

Instant Interiors did a great job of creating inviting interior designs for my mom's condo after it went on the market. Their staging is very creative and fitting to current styles.
They are also quick on the turnaround.

I have used Instant Interiors for over 10 years and I would highly recommend them. My clients enjoy working with Christine because of her design ability to bring out the best in a home. She has transformed many of my properties from average to stunning. The attached photographs are from a recent project of a historical Victorian home in Brookline, where Instant Interiors incorporated some of the sellers furniture with staging furniture to elevate the look of the home. Nancy (who handles the estimates and paperwork) and Christine (who is the owner) are a well-oiled team. Nancy came out to do the estimate and she was willing to listen to what my expectations were without feeling threatened. She made several visits to the unit, took photos and then Christine worked her magic by choosing inventory that would be perfectly suited to set the stage for my new listing. The living area was not easy to work with but Christine selected pieces that were complimentary and to scale. Together they have it down to a science and work wonderfully together. They are flexible and accommodating and worth the investment.

Nancy was a pleasure to work with! I priced out a couple stagers and was under a time crunch. Nancy was able to coordinate a speedy staging, and the property looked great! It sold in 9 days. Christine (the owner) did a fantastic job making the place look great, which was a tall task given the 2nd bedroom is VERY small, but they did an incredible job making it feel bigger than it was. Their pricing was great too, especially considering it was a 4th floor walkup. I highly recommend this company!

We have been using the team at Instant Interiors for 4 or 5 years and they have become our "Go To" staging company. They consistently deliver a great end result with the flexibility and timing our hectic business needs. I can't praise them enough for their wonderful and thoughtful work.

I'm extremely happy with the way Nancy staged my condo for sale. It features a challenging area with an open kitchen / dining / living room all in one, and she made it look fabulous! I struggled for years to make it seem as inviting and cozy. When I saw it for the first time, I almost didn't want to sell my condo anymore. Every room was done to the last detail, even the deck had a table and chairs! I loved the modern, sophisticated, cozy style, and the neutral bluish brown color palate (I never would have thought that'll work with my wall colors).
The staging was completed smoothly and quickly. I wasn't there for the installation, but the take down took less than 3 hours: I left at 9:30, returned after 12pm and everything was already gone with hardly a scratch anywhere! Thanks to the beautiful staging, we got a lot of interest during a challenging fall market. I'd highly recommend Nancy for any staging or interior design needs.

If you are on the fence about whether to spend the money stage your home, or if you're on the fence about who to have it staged by, I would 110% recommend using Instant Interiors for your home staging needs. They are friendly, efficient (super fast turnaround!! even in a busy spring market), talented at what they do, reasonably priced compared with other stagers, and most of all I believe their staging is a HUGE part of the reason we had an accepted offer within the first 24 hours! In our home, they used a combination of our own furnishings and their furnishings and accent pieces to highlight all the features of our Boston condo. ***I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking to stage a house or condo.*** We worked very closely with Nancy M. to stage our condo in Cambridge. I had initially called several other stagers listed on Houzz, and I found that Nancy was by far the most professional, most timely, and nicest stager out of the bunch. Nancy was able to stage our condo THE VERY NEXT DAY, in time for photographs to be taken and the unit listed. It was great to see her work: She took a detailed video of our unit, with her thoughts and ideas on how it could be staged. She then asked if we had any ideas, and I asked her to use her imagination and experience. The staging was awesome! We were thrilled by her work, and by the quality of the furniture used. The place looked phenomenal. We had over 70 different people in for our open house weekend and accepted an offer 11% above asking one day later. The staging was key to this, and I am thankful for the imagination, professionalism, and overall awesomeness of Nancy and her colleague Christine.

We have a condo we needed to stage in a very short time, and with a difficult layout -no square rooms. Nancy and Christine were amazing to work with, and after a quick onsite consult the week before, transformed the space in one day for real estate photos and showings. The design hits all the points we requested -airy, playing up the high ceilings and crown moldings, and making use of the funky angles to show unique possibilities, without being too trendy. They made a space that makes me want to move back in and buy our own condo!

I needed to sell a Condo to close an estate with a very tight deadline. The Condo from the 1970's had very few improvements made to it and my Realtor recommended Instant Interiors. I couldn't have been more pleased with his referral. Christine and Nancy were a wonderful team, carefully taking/reviewing photos of each room, and selecting furniture, carpeting and accent pieces to bring out the best of this residence. I was preparing my house for sale, and knew I needed that “wow” factor for the photos and open house. I called Instant interiors and Nancy was so kind and understanding of my budget and tight timeline, and came out to my house for a quote the next day! I was amazed at how fast and efficiently they completely furnished and decorated my home. Christine and Nancy arrived with a small army of employees, and the whole thing was finished in less than 2 hours! It was perfect! after one open house, we got a full asking price offer and are closing in a few weeks.
I know instant interiors staging played a huge role in generating online views and turnout for the open house.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for full or partial staging, even if you are planning to live in the home while on the market.
Nancy and Christine and her team were so friendly and kind, I really enjoyed the whole experience.

Instant Interiors staged a property I was selling. It was a 1950's multi-level house that had a stunning kitchen with some vintage elements and probably too many paint colors. Instant Interiors staged it from top to bottom and absolutely nailed it! On very short notice, they completely transformed the house, showcasing its finer points while minimizing its less appealing features. Agents who came through the house wanted to know who staged it. The seller, who resisted the idea of staging, was impressed especially after receiving a full price offer after just week on the market. It wouldn't have happened without their help. I highly recommend them. Great work, reasonable prices, and delightful to work with!

We hired Instant Interiors to stage our house in Weymouth and are extremely happy with the results. The house looks warm and inviting and appropriately stylish. Within two weeks of the house being staged we had multiple offers on the property. Potential buyers mentioned the decorating specifically and indicated that the house was so cozy and beautiful. We highly recommend this company.

Christine does an amazing job. She has now staged four new construction houses for me. Before she comes the house is new but without a soul. After she leaves the house comes alive and the buyers can now see themselves living in the new home.

Christine and Instant interior did an amazing job with staging our place. I had the choices of using cheaper staging companies and I am glad I stayed with Christine and Instant Interior from the advice of my realtor. They are worth every penny.
She was good with style and resolving difficult areas. Our place looked amazing and tasteful. It got sold within a week and got multiple offers and sold for $149,000 over asking price. I couldn't recommend them more.

I found this company to be most responsive, honest and accommodating. They definitely appointed the rooms tastefully with a critical eye for design and warmth while still working with a very manageable budget.
