We are so happy we chose 360 Painting to paint the interior of our house. They were very easy to work with, covered the mistakes of the previous paint job, and paid extra attention to keeping the lines crisp and straight. They showed up on time and left on time, which is great when you’ve got to get dinner started. Yanling was great at staying in contact with me about the project and checking in on the progress. Very happy with my beautiful new walls, it feels like a brand new house.

Great experience. Like many, we are new to the Triangle area and have to keep our fingers crossed when hiring someone to do work around the house bc we have had good and bad experiences. 360 Painting was awesome. Owner was very thorough and clear about the project and communicated with us throughout the process (she often was on site to check on the work). The attention we received was a little surprising bc we weren't a huge project: staining of fence; painting of front porch area and rear deck area. Crew took their time and didn't miss a spot. We had many opportunities to inspect and comment, but never found any shortcomings. Owner has confidence that her company will do a good job and they absolutely did. Would recommend and will definitely use them again.

I am very thankful for the experience I had with my home painting project. I talked to several companies before choosing to select 360 Painting. Yanling is an experienced professional and she certainly helped me by suggesting what types of paint would work best for my home and at a very fair cost. I made some changes to my original quote and she re-quoted me the same day. The best part was that she arranged the project around my schedule (which I had to change once or twice). The crew she sent was fantastic and extremely respectful of me and my property. There was some carpentry work involved but soon after I met them I knew they were extremely qualified to do the job. I have hired many contractors over the past thirty years and working with 360 Painting was one of the best experiences I have had thus far. 360 Painting is amazing! It is not just your regular painting company, but more like an experience. First off, a color consultant comes to your home and helps select colors to complement the existing environment. We went with gray tones, which can be very tricky. The consultant was very helpful in selecting the perfect gray to go with my hardwood floors. Next, the crew that came in to prep and paint the areas were super professional, communicated well, punctual and treated my home as if it were their own. They did a great job and were done in lightning speed. They even took pictures of the rooms before they started painting so they could put furniture back in the original location. Lastly, Yanling is amazing. She coordinated the job, took ownership, and checked to ensure we were satisfied with the experience. Thank you, Yanling! I highly recommend 360 Painting.

Contacted four painters for our project, exterior trim. 360 was the only vendor that showed up on time on the day promised. 360 did a thorough walk around so to avoid any surprises when the actual work started whereas others walked around and simply"eyeballed" the job. The estimated was very competitive. Once work started the crew was professional and cleaned up nicely. One day one crew member didn't show but the other stayed late into the day to complete the job. Completely satisfied.

Yanling and her team worked on walls and ceilings for my entire home. The project was tricky in that the walls were a slightly tan-brown color and I wanted it to be repainted with a lighter color. Yanling scheduled a consultation with me within a few days of speaking with me over the phone and conducted the consultation within an hour. My original request was only for the 1st floor but because Yanling was very understanding of my budget and my needs for the project, I engaged her team to work on my 2nd floor as well. After the completion of the project, there were a number of areas where the old paint shadowed through because, again, it was a tricky project going from a dark to light color. Primer wasn't discussed because the type of paint used normally would cover this kind of dark color. Yanling's team immediately informed me of the issue and worked with me to do touch up at no additional cost. The paint crew (Alan, Juan and Valerie) were extremely professional, polite, and took extra care of my fixtures and furniture. In particular, they were very transparent and honest about the quality of the work, their thoughts on the outcome/product, and proactively offered solutions which is very hard to find nowadays. This was my first major paint project and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.

We were in a bind when trying to save a few dollars by using an independent painter recommended by a family member to repair siding and paint the exterior of our Cary home. That individual kept putting us off and did not show up to do the work. After getting a quote from 360 Painting and others, we called 360 Painting back because of the company owner's committment to customer service and professionalism! The 360 crew was willing to to help us out with revising the quote for painting the exterior of our home to to suit our needs and tight timeline as we were putting our house on the market! The siding repair and painting were completed on schedule, as promised. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked until the sun went down! The company owner checked in with us regularly to ensure we were happy with the work! Afterwards she came out to check the work and assure a high quality finish to the project. My husband and I were very impressed with the timeliness, professionalism and quality of work we received from 360 Painting. We were able to deliver a freshly repaired and painted house to the new owners of our home because 360 Painting delivered on their promise to us! We are very thankful for Yangling and her team! Very professional company! Yangling and her painters and prep workers are very attentive to detail and did excellent work. Their communication was excellent, arrived on time as planned, were receptive to any concerns or unexpected repairs, had excellent knowledge of repairs and estimating time required to complete the tasks and overall painting job. They are also super clean and were very careful with our brand newly stained and refinished flooring, covering them all up carefully and leaving our home clean and feeling completely new! They did a lot of patching, a large ceiling sheet rock repair job from a water leak, and caulking between crown moulding, ceiling and walls for our 11 year old home. We could not have asked for a more professional job and a much more reasonable price than we had quotes from on other companies. But the most enjoyable part was working with Yanging herself! Super personable, professional and knows painting! Thank you so much! HIGHLY recommend.
