This past June, my husband and I decided to sell our rental home in Cape Elizabeth. We'd listed this home once before, several years ago and received no offers. This time, thankfully, we found Liz at Hearten Home. She staged our home for the Open House and it looked beautiful. Each room looked polished but comfortable, pulled together and inviting. She gave the house a cohesive look that everyone at the Open House commented on. It was just what we needed. The house went under contract after just 3 days on the market for $10K over the list price. Needless to say, we highly recommend Hearten Home.

Liz has a great eye! I worked with her from the design stage and construction of a home through to the successful sale process a few years later. Her tasteful and timeless design choices made the home a true showplace that buyers were clamoring for. We ended up receiving multiple bids on the home with an eventual sales price tens of thousands higher than the sellers expectations. If you are looking to buy or sell a property and seeking guidance as to what you can do with new, or existing space, I would recommend Liz's expertise in a heart beat.
