We closed on our DCH new home in April. We were most impressed with the teams response to any question, concern, issue, or just silly request. They have all been involved and helped make this home exactly what we wanted, and more. Would for sure build with them again in a minute. They did not stop at the closing date either, they are still incredibly responsive 2 months into owning. And, they come out at anytime we ask! THANK YOU DCH!!!

I am more than happy with dabbert on building our home. The process was fast and it came out how I expected. They are an excellent team of people who get the job done.

For many home builders, selling a home is THE end goal. We have heard horror stories about builders ignoring issues that have come up right after the purchase. Not so with Dabbert. In our experience, Dabbert is very responsive. Whenever we had any issues (we've had some), they have gotten back to us the same day and resolved most issues within a day. The Dabbert team (including maintenance and customer service) is highly knowledgeable and friendly. They take great care to maintain good relationships with their clients. We hope this doesn't change as the company grows larger.

We started looking into the home building process during the summer of 2020. We met with another builder, before Dabbert, that after our initial meeting with their team and looking at one of their model homes we were less then enthused about building with them. Our relator suggested we take a look at one of Dabbert's model homes and from the instant we walked through the front door we were blown away by the overall quality of the model home and knew Dabbert was the builder for us. After looking on their website, we fell in love with the Ashley model and felt it would best suit the needs of our growing family. We were impressed with how prepared the team was during our initial meeting, listened to our vision and helped us make our dream home a reality. We really appreciated the list of upgrades (prices included) and the amount of standard options that were available for our selections so we could ensure we stayed within our budget and made sure we got what we wanted in our build. During our selection meetings, the designer did a fantastic job of getting a feel for what we liked and making recommendations of what would look best together. The team did a great job of keeping us up to date where our build was at throughout the process. Our only complaint was that we had hoped to close before Christmas but weren't able to close until early February. We understand that there were factors that were outside of Dabbert's control that led to our close date being a continuous moving target and that no build goes smoothly. That being said, what really won us over with Dabbert was what happened after we moved in. There was an ugly blackspot on one of our granite countertops that we wanted replaced and instead of telling us "SOL" they listened to us and worked with their contractors to get the slab replaced. We look forward to working with their team as we have a few things that need to be completed come spring time and we feel comfortable reaching out to them if we experience any issues with our house. We will be forever grateful for the team at Dabbert helping us make our dream home our forever home and give them our highest recommendation to anyone considering building.

We bought a new model home from Dabbert this fall and my husband and I can tell that they really take pride in their work, care about their customers, and are very helpful. Highly recommend them to any home buyer.

The team was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I really liked that they would give you input on design choices and considered resale value in the long-term. They were very knowledgable of all their vendors and specific ways to make the most out of the products they provided. Even after closing the team is very responsive and willing to answer questions.
