I think the pictures speak for themselves, but I will share some of our observations on All Decked Out, CT, Glen Rodrigue, and his amazing team! Our project started with me taking a step on our old deck and my leg going all the way through, causing a painful injury. We had urgency to find someone we could trust to resolve our safety issue but also help us reimagine our outdoor living space – we knew our space had a ton of potential but we had been putting the project off for a while until we really had to do it. Glen was incredibly responsive to my general inquiry – he called me and I told him my story and he was at my house within a day or two. He immediately saw the potential and was totally invested in working with us to come up with something truly special. We worked together on materials and design and he offered many ideas to bring the vision to life. He always saw the ‘art of the possible’ as we talked about unique ideas like our water wall and how to make it real. He was totally transparent and realistic about timing, costs and the inevitable unexpected turns a big project will take which we greatly appreciated. Glen’s team was awesome – totally professional, kind, and they were true craftsmen. We marveled throughout the project about how quickly they moved but also the very high quality of their work. They came at a consistent time every day, they were remarkably clean, and pleasant. Once the project was done, we really did miss them being at our house! Glen also took the lead on coordinating with our selected subcontractors for electric, plumbing and the water feature which we very much appreciated. We raved about Glen and All Decked out through the course of the project and continually recommend him to everyone we talk to. If you have a deck project, look no further.

All Decked Out is the one you want to hire to replace or build your deck. Within 10 days I have a brand new Trex deck. I can’t say enough about the professionalism Glen provides. He is so transparent and keeps the communication going throughout the process. I knew exactly what was happening and when. Any hiccups were dealt without any prolonged issue (old cement porch that was hidden under old deck. needed to be demoed-no problem). I highly recommend Glen and his working crew. They worked each day and cleaned up at the end of each day. I can’t remember a time where a construction job was done so efficiently, timely and perfectly!! I love my new deck and I am in awe of the spectacular job. Thank you Glen and the All Decked Out crew for this incredible deck and how you make it look so easy! It was like having “Jeannie from the bottle” snap her fingers. “Snap” and your wish is a reality!!! I am truly being sincere with this compliment to All Decked Out! There is nobody better that Glen, Jaime and the entire All Decked Out crew! And believe me, I know what a bad experience with a contractor looks like. Last summer I engaged a contractor for all new windows, vinyl siding, and a large deck. The work was done sporadically with little communication. A project that started July 8th and was due to be completed by September 8th finally ended on April 1st of 2021 when the contractor abandoned the job. Since the deck had been completed I requested a Building Inspection from the city. What a surprise! The deck failed inspection with 4 major issues! After the panic was over, I started looking for a new contractor to hopefully fix the issues with the deck. Based on all the 5 Star reviews for All Decked Out, I called Glen and explained my problem. From that first conversation I knew I had made the right choice. He was confident that he would be able to fix the problems. After making a site visit, he gave me a detailed explanation of the work to be done and a fair estimate of time and money. He also worked with the Building Inspectors Office to ensure his plans would be acceptable to them. Within a day or two, all the material was onsite and work began. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. In just a few short days, Glen and his crew did exactly what he said they would do. And I now have a deck that is much safer that it was and has passed Building Inspection. I had seen the worst - and now I've seen the absolute best! Thank you Glen, Jaime, and crew.
