Very efficient, arrived at chosen time and answered all questions that we had calming any doubts. Presented contract the next morning at agreed time and made numerous changes that we requested.

We had hired HFDH LLC to build Addition and Deck. Work was done and all money paid as per the contract, however gutters were not installed on the Addition. Trying to reach Bud but no response. Finally, gave up calling/chasing Bud and decided to install Gutters on our own. Bud owes us the money he took in advance for the gutter installation. At this point of time, very disappointed with the professionalism of the Company.

Great communication and great customer service! Workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The end result was exactly as we envisioned. Our project was a little different and we were having a hard time deciding what we wanted to do and how it could be done, but Bud had no problem understanding our desired outcome and even offered great suggestions to improve it. And it was completed in one day! We had a partial rock retaining wall installed last summer around our pool pump equipment and we needed to put a fence on top of the wall to screen it the rest of the way. It looks awesome!

I hired HFDH to complete a deck/patio project for me. Bud and his team took great care of me. The project was beautiful and very professionally done. They did it in such a timely manner, too. Bud and his team were easy to work with. I would recommend HFDH to any homeowner looking to improve their space, and I would absolutely hire HFDH for future projects.

We are very pleased with the Deck Bud and his crew rebuilt for us. Bud is very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed to have done and he came through big time. The deck is not only sturdy, but adds a nice looking feature to our property. We would definitely recommend that if you need renovations to your house you should contact Bud and his crew from HFDH LLC Contractors. Thank you for a great job.

Let me start by saying we love our deck. The 2 men who actually built our deck were great. They were nice and listened to what we wanted and built the deck in just a few days. However after the completion of our deck we we called the company for our warranty papers through Trec and never received it. We also called because the gate needed some adjustment we talked to the owner and he was going to send someone right out but no one ever came. So in the past 7 months we haven't heard a thing from them except to write a review. Service after the sale is none existent.

Avoid this contractor. His crew damaged desks, cabinets and a wall doing renovations in my office. He also abandoned the job and never finished. Through an attorney, he agreed to terminate his contract and pay a fraction of the damages, but he did not pay anything.

The guy does not follow up nor does he complete projects. We were happy with the work. But we have been waiting for him to complete the project for more than 8 months. He does not return calls or emails. We paid for the project in full yet we still wait for a barn door that has been paid for to be installed. Labor has been paid for too. Talks a good game but then ignores you. Project still not completed.

Contacted HFDH to build our deck. They were $5,000 under the other contractor we received an estimate from. The employees were professional, pleasant and timely and did a beautiful job. They started on Monday and completed Thursday. Highly recommend.
