My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Charles at Designers Touch is amazing! He spent hours, at my home, helping me select the perfect fabric for drapes in our family room, formal dining room and kitchen. They are beautiful! Thank you, Charles!

Mr. Marshall was professional, had an outstanding knowledge of the product, very pleasing personality and above all was not pushy. We are very pleased with our plantation blinds and would certainly recommend Charlie to our friends and family.

Cornice boards installed in kitchen windows and on hearth room windows. Charlie took great effort in making sure proper measurements were made for each window. He was very good at communicating when project would be complete. We are very pleased!

This was the second time I have worked with Charlie (Designer's Touch). He is great to work with. He is very professional and punctual. He has a lot of experience. He made good suggestions and was very patient with me while I chose fabrics/ designs. He measured and installed all products very well (blinds, shudders, and drapes).

I have worked with Designers Touch for the past 5 years. This visit he repaired a butcher cord on my shade. Because he had done this repair about 5 months previously, he did not charge me for this repair. I am always pleased with the quality of goods and services provided!
