We had the wonderful experience of having Kore Residential build our home this year. They were on time ,on budget and made the whole process stress free. They helped in every aspect from design to construction and their craftsmanship and professionalism is evident throughout our home. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and because of this positive experience are planning on building with them in the future. We are grateful we had them as our builders and feel fortunate we got to know them. Everyone in the construction industry should should show the care and commitment they do and it shows in the homes they build .

I just completed a review but my computer suddenly went blank so I will do it again in case it did not go through. We were very happy with the services provided by Kore. We originally hired them to repair a leaky exterior wall and were fortunate that they were able to take on some work on the interior of our house as well. They renovated our basement, updated our kitchen on the main floor and painted the interior and part of the exterior of our house. Kim, the designer, and Dave, the builder, worked well as a team. They were friendly, professional and always answered questions promptly. They also consistently gave excellent advice. For the renovation, they took out the kitchen in the basement and created an open concept area that is now functional as a home office and a tv/recreation room. Our kitchen on the main floor was dated. Kim provided a variety of options for a new sink, countertop and backsplash. I really appreciated how she took into consideration the age and style of our house when recommending what would look good. I was also impressed with how they gave us regular invoices so that we could keep track of our budget. It was a pleasure working with Kore and we love the end result!

Highly professional, well-organized with good communication. They installed irrigation and garden lighting systems. They worked well with the landscape contractor. They showed up when they said they would and took the time they estimated. Both the office and field staff were pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
