Dennis very patiently helped design a new kitchen / dining room / living room with expert advice. He put together an excellent floor plan with extensive remodeling that included removing a load-bearing wall that hid all the support beams. He went above and beyond when it came to helping to get ready for the project. He uses materials and cabinets that are of the highest quality and yet are cost effective. He has thoroughly competent and friendly professionals working for him who do first rate work. The project turned out to be amazing and I would absolutely recommend Trinity Construction Services.

We met Dennis at the Minneapolis home. He came out to our house and we began our kitchen remodel together. Dennis listened to our ideas and offered his ideas. He put together a plan including a calendar that was excellent for our home. Dennis uses only quality products and skilled reliable subcontractors. Dennis is a perfectionist so you don’t have to be. He makes sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. You can not go wrong using Dennis for your remodel or build. We highly recommend Trinity Construction.

We found Trinity Coustruction and Dennis Zattera at the Mpls Home Show. In three years of checking out the home show, we found the Trinity kitchen displays the ONE remarkable exhibit each year. Dennis came out to our home and suggested many possibilities and design ideas. He spent an endless amount of time helping us choose, change and refine the possibilities. When we settled on a plan he gave us a calendar of the next several months telling us when we needed to have items ordered and when each contractor would be here working. All the workers from the demo people to the finish work folks were very professional, timely, considerate and nice. Truly craftsmen! Dennis took a very active part in all aspects of our project from prepping the house for demolition to insuring everything was progressing as planned and checking every detail for quality. He was always available to answer my myriad questions and took hours guiding me thru warehouses and displays as well as finding online sources. I could count on an honest opinion when I asked for it, he would find places to save costs without compromising quality and was genuinely happy when I found the perfect item. We would double the "stars" if we could. We are very satisfied and would absolutely recommend him without exception. We have the utmost confidence in Dennis and he instilled confidence in us. And he is back now helping with another project..

It would be hard to out-perform Dennis Zattera. He helped us design a new kitchen with expert advice, laid out a two month schedule that was followed to a T, and produced a beautiful kitchen that was all I could ever hope for down to the last detail. There isn’t one thing I don’t love about my new kitchen! Problems and questions were addressed and corrected immediately because Dennis is very responsive and has a loyal group of subcontractors who are also very responsive. Dennis Zattera of Trinity Construction completed a first floor remodel of our home in 2015. Dennis had very creative ideas on how we could transform our 1948 kitchen and living space into a more modern and open floor plan. He did a great job laying out different options for us, so that we could understand what was possible along with the pros and cons of each. Walls were removed, windows migrated to a new location on the house, and the result is a much more usable floor plan, with better views of the outside, improved air flow, and it looks fantastic! Dennis made excellent recommendations in both style choices, and helping us find the highest quality products for our home at the most reasonable prices. Dennis works with highly skilled subcontractors, especially and most importantly the carpenters, and we are very pleased with the work that they did. Dennis Zattera of Trinity Construction recently did a kitchen/living room remodel for my husband and me. He has an amazing ability of making you feel like you are his only client when you know very well you are not. He is always prompt, always available, and always helps you save money on the project if possible. He spent so many hours with us before we even made the final decision to go with him for this project that we felt very comfortable and developed a rapport before we even started. He has a wonderful eye and helps in selections, if you need the help, which I did. We are enjoying our new space and will use Dennis again when we are ready to do any more work. We have worked with other companies before finding Dennis and never felt like the experience was anywhere near what we have enjoyed with Dennis. He makes a calendar with a schedule for the project so you always know what day things are happening and when selections need to be made. He has professionals working for him who do wonderful work.
