I have been working with Boris on his projects for awhile now and he is one of the best builders I know. He pays attention to details and is very involved in making sure everything gets done right the first time. He is always available to answer questions regarding the completion of his projects. He is passionate about what he is doing. I would highly recommend him for any building project. Top quality and top customer service.

Their attention to detail, commitment to excellence, strong communication and skilled resources have provided us a stress free experience! They took with renovation to the next level and we are appreciative of their efforts. We expect to complete our project in February of 2019.

I highly recommend Usztan Construction. Working with my architect, they started with my "stuck in the 90's", chopped up interior and transformed it into open spacious spaces perfect for living and entertaining. I found them easy to work with and accommodating to our "changing whims". They kept the project moving smoothly without delays. Their subcontractors were always available as scheduled and had the same high degree of professionalism and workmanship. I would hire Usztan again for any building/remodel I may do in the future.

Boris Usztan is a Premier Builder and Contractor. Their work and quality is superior. Boris is focused on customer expectations and drives his team to excellence. Usztan's skilled trades are the best in the business and they are second to no one. Boris's attention to detail, professionalism and honesty out weigh any other contractor that has done for for me. My project was finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend him and I would never hire anyone but Usztan to do any kind of projects at my home.

Our home was a complete demo and Usztan built our new home in 10 months despite the extremely cold winter in 2014-2015. Despite all the horror stories about builders and contractors, Boris provided us with a superb job. It would of been a nightmare without him and his project manager Jessica. He worked hard with us to stay within the budget. His response time was never more than a few hours.He addressed and took immediate action on all our concerns and kept us up to date. Boris and Jessica (his project manager,who was not only caring and understanding but also always on top of everything. ) offered extra ordinary customer service and wanted us to be more than satisfied with the entire project. My wife and I are pleased to provide a review of Usztan, LLC . We have known the Usztans, Andy and Boris, for several years having hired their company to complete several renovations for us, each of which they did to our satisfaction. Our most recent experience with Usztan, LLC was when we hired them to manage an 8 month renovation of our newly purchased condo which we totally gutted and rebuilt working with the renowned Michigan architect, Lou DesRosiers, and our long time Los Angeles based designer, Robin Wilson & Associates. We were delighted with the end product of this renovation. Usztan did an outstanding job managing this complex project and various sub-contractors some of whom were hired directly by us. Usztan, LLC is a terrific custom builder and general contractor. They are very honest, trustworthy, dependable, reliable, cooperative. They provide excellent trades people and are always working to find creative ways to solve issues that arise in large renovation projects. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Andy and Boris Usztan over the past 10 years and have been very impressed with the quality, craftsmanship, professionalism, integrity and commitment of this general contractor. They have done a variety of home renovation projects for us meeting the demanding specifications of DesRosiers Architects and all of their projects were completed on time, within the estimated budgets, and with outstanding quality. These projects included building a new standalone heated garage connected to the house via a porte cochere, guest bathroom, powder room, laundry room, and basement renovations. We would recommend them very highly.

We had no idea what a pleasure it would be to work with them..They were wonderful. We initially hired Andy and Boris Usztan a few years ago to remodel the lower level of our lakefront home. The project included gutting the lower level, moving stairways, changing ceiling heights and designs, adding a bedroom, bathroom and new kitchen. Andy and Boris provided suggestions on saving money, ideas to enhance the design, solution when we ran into unexpected issues as is common in remodels. Usztan has a team of associates that has worked for them for years. They arrived everyday at seven am and worked until days end.. Every crew associate was respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and talented. In addition, Usztan hired sub contractors that they have known for years and paid them on time.. Usztan is a financially sound company which is an important element to consider when hiring a contractor.. Andy, Boris, the office staff and their work crew were a joy to work with.
