I have had the pleasure of working with Brandan for over 12 years, initially on custom closet designs for his new builds. What truly sets Brandan apart from any other builder I've worked with is his exceptional communication. He keeps me informed at every stage of the project that affects my part, making collaboration seamless. But even more impressive is how he communicates with his clients, ensuring the entire process of building a custom home or doing a remodel is smooth and stress-free. Brandan isn't just this way in his business, he brings the same level of dedication and care to every aspect of his life. A major focus for him is teamwork, and it's incredibly refreshing to work with someone who fosters such a collaborative environment. He takes immense pride in his work, and it shows in every detail of the homes he creates. It's an honor to work alongside him, now designing custom cabinetry for all of his homes. I hit the jackpot when given the opportunity to work along side of Brandan and Reef Design Build.

Reef Builders designed and built our custom home. Reef made the process as smooth as possible and the communication was always excellent. Brandan takes tremendous pride in his work and in being an honest, integrous person. In addition to having high quality standards Brandan also has an excellent eye for design, making Reef a full service design to build company, something that was important to us. We are thrilled with the home that Reef built for our family. Not only did we end up with a home, but we also finished the process by gaining life long friendships with Brandan and his team. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future building or remodeling projects that we might undertake.

We contacted Brandan and the Reef Team about performing a near complete tear down and expansion of a property (at that time was a rental property) in South Tempe that we wanted to make our "Forever Home". They had upgraded several properties in the neighborhood and we were impressed with results. Immediately we were sold with the creativity and vision for our house. The execution of this vision was awesome. We now have a home that is great for entertaining, family events, and just hanging out cooking a family meal in a huge open space. People literally drive by, stop, and come back to knock on the door and ask who our contractor was-and this happens frequently-even a year later. As with any construction project there were challenges and obstacles that we had to overcome. In our case it was city permitting issues, existing structure integrity challenges, and problems with the existing slab, We were able to work through all of the issues and the end result was within our initially established budget and schedule. They worked tirelessly to achieve this result. It is refreshing to work with a contractor that is able to deliver on their promises because they take pride in their work and have integrity. Kudos to Reef and Brandan!

Great company to work with, very innovative with modern designs. Project was total interior re-model, the project was completed under budget and two weeks early. The attention to detail was wonderful, all tradesmen were friendly and explained what they were doing on the project. Will definitely use and recommend Reef Design Build.

We had Reef do a full interior redo....everything!! Unfortunately we picked a difficult time to have this done when supplies were at minimum, so it took a little longer than expected. Communication was always responsive and continues as little things come up. The app allowed us to see the process from start to finish. Brandon, Jen, Tim, Maya and Dominic were all super helpful from the planning, designing, grunt work to the finishing touches. Tim had great suggestions to details that we never even thought of and was sure to let us know so that we did not do something that was not apropos. Their subs were respectful of the house as we moved out during the process. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and love showing off our new diggs!! Thanks Guys!! Reef Builders did a great job on our whole home remodel! My husband and I have owned this 2 bed/2 bath 1188 sq ft Tempe townhome for 17 years but never lived in it. It was always a rental. In June of 2020 we decided to do some remodeling to have it ready for us to eventually move into. After reading reviews on Houzz and other websites I contacted Reef and a few other contractors. In August 2020 we decided to go with Reef and expanded the scope of our project. We lived out of state so I made several visits to AZ as I worked with Riley into December 2020 to get through the preconstruction phase. After the first of the year we were finally ready to complete the contract, but Riley was no longer with Reef. It took a couple of months to transition our plans with Brandan and Jen to the point the contract was signed and dates were set. Once the project began Tim was our contact. I felt very comfortable being out of state during the process as they were easy to reach and stay in contact with. They have a great app that really helped. The schedule was posted, daily logs were kept, and pictures were posted. Tim would do video walk throughs with me using Whatsapp so I could see the place while we spoke. It was very helpful, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. If I noticed something not right they made it right The start date was March 15th, and they actually started a few days early. The completion date was set for May 21. The property was vacant so they had total access. There were a few bumps along the way. I think that is to be expected with any project of this scope. But the difference between Reef, and I think most other contractors, is how Reef managed the bumps and made them right. The project stayed on schedule up until the final few weeks, which coincided with us un expectedly moving to AZ. We moved into the house June 11th. Since the completion Tim has continued to be super responsive and helpful, taking care the the little details that popped up. I would 100% recommend Reef and can say they are total professionals that care about the quality of work they do and service they provide.

My wife and I have lived in the same home for 30+ years. We were long overdue for a remodel. Reef Builders guided us through the process from design, selection of materials & fixtures and finally implementation and execution of the plan. The design process was collaborative and they took the time to understand our preferences and taste before developing the plan. During the build, Reef Builders utilized software that provided us with progress reports and pictures. If we had questions or concerns the staff promptly returned our calls. The communication from project start to completion was greatly appreciated and kept us at ease knowing what was completed, in-process and on the schedule. Our "new home" is what we always imagined it could be and the Reef Builders staff made it happen. The Reef Builders staff made sure that the quality met the expectations of my wife and I and we appreciated the Reef Builders approach to making the customer's experience a positive one.

Brandan was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and honest. Everything he told me he would do, was done, plus many added extras, that I was generously given. He is one of the good guys. Answered my calls or texts in a very timely manner. He is one of the most honest upfront people I have had the pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him to anyone. I will be needing remodeling assistance in the near future. Brandan will be my only call. Whatever he says will happen, you can trust will happen and in a timely manner. I truly love and trust this man with working in my home. I let him work in my home with my animals, which are very important to me. I know he will take responsibility with all my possessions in my presence or absence. Brandan, is my hero, definitely a keeper. Always keeps his word.

Top notch work, did not think it could be done before xmas but it was a real class act. Frankly im surprised how clean this process was (bathroom addition)
