We had estimates from four separate contractors for our project to finish 1,700 square feet of partial daylight basement, and we selected BCM London. We never once regretted it. BCM transformed the unfinished basement into a beautiful space: a full bath with a walk-in shower, a home office overlooking our garden, storage and workspaces, and a dedicated home theater. They also added French doors opening onto the garden, which completely opened up and lightened how the basement feels. Throughout the project, Salar and his team were responsive, timely, and genuinely considerate. When we needed time to think through a decision, they gave us that time without ever letting the project lose momentum. They listened to our ideas, were open to custom or unusual requests, and offered many great suggestions of their own. Most importantly, they built our trust at every interaction. I never had to worry about the final result because I knew Salar would come through. The home theater was the centerpiece of the project. I am a home theater enthusiast and had designed a dedicated, sound-isolated room for the basement. Of all the contractors we considered, BCM London was the only one with prior experience constructing a sound-isolated space. Salar and his crew worked in real partnership with us to bring that design to life, including some very specific and atypical requests. No project this large will ever go 100% smoothly, but whenever there was a misunderstanding, mistake, or unexpected issue, Salar responded quickly and worked to make it right. The crew did excellent work and left a clean workspace at the end of each day. If we ever take on another major project, our first call will be to Salar and BCM London.

We are thoroughly pleased with the quality of the work done by the BCM team. BCM London Construction was contracted through the VA Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) program for my home renovation. I am a disabled veteran who uses a wheelchair, and accessibility and quality were very important. BCM London did an excellent job from start to finish. The project included an accessible ramp from the garage, a complete bathroom tear-down and rebuild with a modern roll-in shower, wheelchair-accessible toilet and sink, and replacing carpet with wood flooring in my bedroom and living room. The new flooring was beautifully matched to the existing kitchen and dining area, and the bathroom turned out especially clean, modern, and functional. The team was professional, on schedule, courteous, and very thorough with cleanup. I understand why BCM London has all 5 star reviews. Salar was absolutely wonderful to work with and throughout the project he was very easy to reach, answering all of my calls, emails and texts. His guys were the pinnacle of professionalism. Every single one was nice and polite. They finished my basement which included a large bedroom, large bathroom, very large game room and media room. They removed a load bearing wall and put in a beam, rerouted plumbing in the concrete floor and ceiling. No task was too difficult. The final result is beyond my expatiations. Total perfection. I wanted to do the electrical. I'm qualified, licensed and insured in my own trade. While other contractors in the quoting processed balked, Salar was perfectly OK with this and even adjusted their schedule to give me time to do my part. I had several companies give estimates. We hired BCM London to renovate our primary bath, a guest Bath, and our laundry room, and to rebuild our living room fireplace and do some minor upgrades to an outdoor porch. Salar and his team spent the summer months completely re-finishing our basement. They were referred by a friend whose basement was also finished by BCM London. After having less-than-stellar outcomes with past contractors, we were thrilled to find a referral whose work product was done with such detail and care. The process was almost completely seamless and stayed right on schedule throughout the three months of construction. There are always hiccups when you're renovating anything, but any time we ran into an issue, Salar was on it immediately. We are extremely picky on who we choose to come into our house and transform a blank slate into our idea. The BCM London team and Salar the owner and project manager of the company working with his father and brother understood our vision and with his what I would describe as a highly skilled crew of craftsman that exclusively work for BCM London, including tile, shower glass, carpenters and electricians renovated our gutted master bathroom from scratch into a little bit of heaven luxury hotel kind of master bathroom. My wife and I hired B.C.M. London to renovate our basement. After a long, grueling process of getting estimates, we ended up choosing B.C.M. for a select few reasons. Detail. They had the best and most detailed quote which included allowances so you know how much you’re paying for materials, they included all activities, milestones, detailed timeline, list of vendors, etc…We worked with Salar and team on the design/layout and it was such a smooth process. Salar really knows his stuff - he’s meticulous, detailed and very task oriented. Exactly what we were looking for! The devil is in the details and these guys absolutely nailed it. Everything from the paint, to the trim, electrical work, plumbing - it’s all top notch and very well put together. Communication. Every time I needed to talk with Salar, he answered. He answered ALL texts and phone calls right away, no matter the time or the day and always gave me the time to talk about anything and answer questions I had. Honesty. Contractors these days are….questionable. I never looked at B.C.M. as “contractors” - I looked at them as an established business that has an amazing presence doing remodels. Salar and his team were honest the entire time the basement was being remodeled. He gave us our allowances on materials, if we went below, he took it off the bill at the end, if we went above he would add it as a line item in the estimate and send me a copy. In short, you won’t be in the dark - you’ll always know what’s going on with budget as well as material costs. Hiring B.C.M. London was the best decision we could have made. You can’t get any better. I’m a DIYer myself and I’m very picky about things and I will say that I’m extremely pleased with their work and would be glad to hire them again! PS. They finished the work on time, they cleaned up after themselves with a professional cleaning crew at the end. :)

I have hired BCM London three times now - to finish a large basement, do a deck (something they no longer do), and completely remodel my master bath (basically they took it down to the studs and re-did everything.) There is no limit to the praise I could place on B.C.M. London for the work they did, from start to finish, on the complete overhaul of my master bathroom, master closet and master bedroom. Starting with the proposal/contract there was complete details, transparency, and adherence to agreements. The quality of the work staff and work done was top notch. BCM London (owner Salar) recently completed our 2000sqft basement, taking it from concrete to a beautiful space. We could not have had a better experience than with BCM London and Salar Sayari. We had several quotes done for a kitchen renovation project, that included gutting the kitchen and removing a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the dining-room. Salar was one of the few people willing to work with the permitting process in the City of Atlanta, something which we insisted on. His quote was as far as $25000 less than the most expensive one we got, on a $50-60000 project, all included. His quote included everything except the appliances. I cannot say enough about Salar and his crew. They have honestly become like family. They have been working on my extensive renovations since May. The project got extended past the estimated date of completion as we had a number of weather delays and things beyond Salar’s control. I actually do not know how the cost of the projects compares to other companies because as soon as I met and talked with Salar I hired him. The subcontractors have worked for Salar many times. We had a lockbox on the basement door for the crews to come and go. I had heard horror stories of having construction crews constantly coming and going and the intrusiveness of it. My experience was the exact opposite. Other than the expected noise of construction I never felt intruded upon or bothered. All the crews cleaned up every day and their work was excellent. I liked the fact that BCM is a family company. Salar was always reachable and answered messages quickly. He was on site regularly to assess progress and quality. I now have an incredible new deck, screened porch and a finished basement. I should add that Salar dealt with my very difficult HOA, and also put sod down at his own expense when one of the machines used for constructing the porch caused a little damage to my neighbor’s grass. I really have no complaints and only the best things to say about my experience.

Further, Salar's demeanor was most impressive, listening carefully to all of our questions and explaining what our options were and how he could best address them. Professional, polite, a can-do attitude, and making us feel that he wanted us to be completely satisfied - you can't ask for more from a contractor.The project was not entirely hiccup-free - but whenever we saw something that was not what we wanted/expected, Salar was quick to make sure it was addressed. As a general rule, anyone looking to do a basement build/renovation should always check as much information as possible to make sure sufficient and pertinent data is being used to make the contractor selection. When available, also look for any photos of completed projects, whether posted online in a gallery on the company's website, or directly ask the contractor if any are available for viewing on a tablet or laptop. Salar was quick to show us examples of previous work and used those examples as idea generators for our project.The highest recommendation for a contractor is whether or not they have repeat clients. It is our intention to have another project queued up for the spring of 2017 and B.C.M. London, Inc. will once again be selected for bidding.
