In April 2021, I hired LG Builders to replace my roof. I had a terrible experience. They were extraordinarily unprofessional. They made many mistakes, causing the job, which was estimated to take 10 days, 4 months to complete. A year later, I have a leaking roof. They also urinated in my yard multiple times, left garbage including beer cans, they did shoddy work that needed to be replaced and/ or repaired. Frequently late or no shows (no notice given). They cut corners to save pennies. I do not recommend them and would avoid giving them your business.

Finding a good and trusting contractor is not easy and LG Builders is one of them. I used LG to remodel my kitchen and a master bathroom and I’m very happy with the results. From the beginning Leo treated us like a family. Living in a construction zone is no fun but LG Builders made it possible. The workers always cleaned after themselves at the end of each work day and were nice and friendly. I started with just the kitchen and the master bathroom remodel and then added a new roof, tankless water heater and a new upgraded electric panel. They also replaced all the single pane windows with new energy efficient double pane windows. I’m very happy with all the upgrades. Leo pulled all the city permits and guided me through the entire process. Leo and LG Builders are very easy to work with and well organized from beginning to end. I plan to use them for future projects. Thank you Leo and LG Builders!

Leo and his guys installed a new shower base in my Greektown home that was improperly done as part of a quick flip rehab. The work done and communication throughout the whole process was amazing and at a great price. If you want to work with true professionals with decades of experience who will respect your home like it was their own, LG Builders is the way to go.

Leo and his crew (Valentine and Rolando) did a complete remodel of the master bathroom in my condo. From the planning stages with Leo and then to the demolition and then putting the bathroom back together it was a professional job. They were on time, hard workers and all my questions/concerns were answered. The tile work in the shower and floor is beautiful as are the cabinets and hardware. I have worked with many contractors and they are simply the best and I highly recommend them.

LG Builders designed, build and remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. The service was amazing and the outcome was outstanding! We are happy that we invested at the right place. Quotes were quite competent and work professional. My home looks different and new with the work that has been performed. I am really satisfied and relieved. Thumbs Up Guys!

I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled in Burbank, CA and the work performed by Leo and his crew was beautiful!!. My job was done with great attention to detail and fantastic craftsmanship, you can tell the guys really take pride in what they do and the price was great for the quality of work I received. Leo, the contractor and owner, was always keeping in contact with me and stopping by to inspect the job which was also amazing. If you are looking for quality work at a great price I would 1000% recommend this company for all of your remodeling needs. When I am ready to do my other remodeling projects they will be the company I call.

Such a great company. They were honest about the cost of our bathroom remodel and the length of time it would take. Our bathroom looks fabulous and it was all really affordable. If you need a bathroom renovation consider giving them your business..

We used LG Builders, Inc. to renovate our kitchen after our good experience with them on a bathroom renovation. LG Builders, Inc. showroom is filled with beautiful sample rooms as well as a large supply of cabinets, counters, and glass samples to use when deciding on finishes. The experience is full service with a designer guiding the process and offering choices tailored to your needs. There is also a project manager that is onsite daily to oversee all aspect of the renovation. he made the renovation process seamless and in the end we got the kitchen of our dreams.

I have used LG Builders for two large jobs. The first was a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation three years ago. Leo and his crew were fantastic. I did not live in Los Angeles at the time, so he handled everything, from ordering materials to managing the work schedule. We had a few hiccups with one of the suppliers, and Leo worked diligently to correct the issue and make sure that the final design exceeded my expectations.

This summer, when I needed some exterior work done, I went right back to LG Builders. The job was to tear down and rebuild the back wall of my house and add a large deck. Once again, it was a fantastic experience. I was extremely nervous about not having a back wall in the city. However, the crew worked through 90 - 102 degree heat to get my house secured within a few days. The quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. Leo even took care of unforeseen expenses (small flooring replacement, new storm door, extra decking material) as part of the original contract. The job was completed a week ahead of schedule, and I absolutely love my new outdoor living space!

I used LG Builders for a full bathroom remodel. I am extremely happy with the end product. LG Builders was more expensive than other quotes I received, but the quality and experience were worth the higher price. I enjoyed how they managed the project. It was unobtrusive, and allowed questions to be answered quickly and easily with minimal phone calls or interruptions to my work day. I also enjoyed my personal interactions with all members of the construction team. Highly recommend.

LG Builders and his team did a phenomenal job with the cabinet installation! When he told me that the cabinets would be installed in three days, I did not believe him. They were actually installed in two and a half days. And the quality of work was excellent. He far exceeded our expectations. Finally, LG Builders is extremely honest and fair. After he finished the job, He called me and let me know that he was sending me check was because I paid him for a fan that he did not install.
