We did extensive renovations both on the inside and the outside of our home in 2014. Suzanne did an exceptional job guiding us through the process. From the early planning stages to hanging the last picture on the wall, she was a pleasure to deal with. Tearing apart your home can be a scary thing but her expertise, professionalism, calmness, and exceptional taste made the renovations much easier to handle. The end result was utterly fantastic! We are thrilled with our beautiful home and thrilled that we were able to work with Suzanne. Now for the master bedroom remodel!

I have had the pleasure of working with Suzanne on various projects, and have never been disappointed. The first time was for my first home several years ago. It was a small place and my budget was smaller. Suzanne did a great job helping me decide where I would get the best buck. She was able to transform my place with the right paint colours throughout, decor, and furniture. A few years later we did some more upgrades which were instrumental when it came raising the value when I sold it. More recently, I called Suzanne when designing executive rental properties as well as our personal new home (penthouse condo). We wanted to capture lofty style but ensure it had the elegance we wanted for penthouse suite. She was able to meet all of our needs with regards to specs, layout changes to optimize the space and upgrade selections. She is reliable and timely with her responses which I greatly appreciate. We just saw the finished project and I loved it. I can't wait to work with her to select additional furnishing and art to complete the space.

I hired Suzanne Tail Design for a kitchen remodel which included removing a partial wall and expanding into the great room. Her design included beautiful yet practical custom cabinetry (up to the ceiling), a large and fabulous island, quartz countertops, unique stone backsplash, slate look floors (she wanted to use real slate), gorgeous lighting, a large window seat (with storage) and practical cushion covers, and to cap it all off lovely window coverings, and, of course, beautiful paint choices throughout. Suzanne's attention to detail was fantastic and she was onsite often to check in with her team of workers. She was extremely easy to work with and tried hard to accommodate my budget and family life. She transformed our main living area!

We had 2 major renovations done with Suzanne. She handled every detail from drawing up plans to assisting me in picking out fabrics. Her suggestions and ideas made both our new spaces beautiful. I have recommended her to family and friends with 100% confidence in her expertise.

Suzanne helped us design, project manage and find trades people for a complex remodelling of our home that included our kitchen, family room, great room and main bathroom. She did a fantastic job of helping us choose the right materials and bringing our vision to life. She also went the extra mile for us when it came to picking the kitchen cabinets and met me in Niagara Falls to check out Artcraft Kitchens. We have also worked with her to redesign our living room and dining room. She's a very positive, creative person -- and she totally gets the idea that budgets matter.
