Our first contact was Roger Andres of Landmark realty in Abbotsford to purchase a lot on Eagle Mountain. He assured us we would be in good hands with Element Pacific Homes. From out first meeting with Darcy and Ryan we knew they they were going to be easy to work with. Just the statement: "we are going to build a home together" was very positive and reassuring. Over the twelve month period we have had a great experience working with all of their employees as well as every trade they asked to work on our project. Their experience and attention to detail is incredible. Many times we were experiencing a financial constraint and they helped us find a solution that was perfect. This is the team you want . Darcy's wife Sharon helping with every aspect of products and colors to keeping the schedule on track and accommodating our demanding tastes, Sharon is so easy to work with, you will find it a pleasure. The open communication and caring attitude was a delight and reassuring that all would be taken care of with the highest of standards.When it came to the end of the project and we were ready for landscaping, Darcy's retired uncle helped keep the costs down by putting in the lawn and allowing us to do as much plantings as we wanted. We selected Element Pacific Homes to build our home on the recommendation of our realtor. Darcy, Sharon and Ryan worked together well to ensure that we were happy at all stages of the construction of our new home on Eagle Mountain. Darcy provided us with excellent design solutions and ensured that the home was built within the allowable building envelope. His budget was accurate and reasonable and he kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. Ryan handled all aspects of the construction at each stage and provided valuable feedback and explanations during the duration of the construction. Sharon scheduled appointments with all suppliers and provided good advice on plumbing fixtures, flooring, cabinets, windows, railings and doors. All trades were organized/scheduled flawlessly resulting in a completion date that was one month earlier than planned. Their team also included Graham and Steve who provided a lot of attention to detail. The group as a whole ensured that we were not only satisfied but were happy to make any last minute changes or improvements. The overall relationship over the period of five months was not only professional but also highly personable. We would recommend this builder without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience working wth Element Pacific. They were a professional and hard working team that created a beautiful home for us, and they worked with us from the framing stage up until we moved in.
