Great products (on the very expensive side) but worst customer service! Took more than double the time to get our order, we had to follow up on it, they are hard and rude to reach and they did not do anything on the delay...

Klaff's has outstanding showrooms that always impress our clients when we bring them shopping. We are especially fond of the hardware and lighting departments in their Danbury location. Their staff is upbeat, knowledgeable about their products and very professional. We highly recommend visiting their stores for selecting fixtures and finishes for any residential interior project!

Nice place but we have been waiting a week for an estimate that was promised in a day. Cannot get our sales consultant or her manager on the phone. No calls back. No response to email. The person who answers the phone mumbles unintelligibly. Do they not want to sell a $ 2500 vanity? God forbid we ordered and needed service. I don't get it.

My husband and I were updating our kitchen and worked with the staff at Klaffs to pick out the right tile and hardware to fit our style. Everyone we worked with were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Klaff's has a fantastic selection that spans most schools of design. I found them helpful, the selection is very good and I was able to secure very good pricing.

We needed tiles for a kitchen renovation and our kitchen designer was being less than helpful in obtaining the tile we wanted (beveled subway) and in telling us necessary quantities to order. We were lucky enough to be assisted by Lonnie, who went above and beyond in making sure we got exactly what we needed in the timeframe we had. I only wish I knew that we could have hired Klaff's for our renovation before choosing NuKitchens. I am now a lifetime customer!

I remodeled an entire 1890's Bedford farmhouse and wanted this to be the renovation of a lifetime... My dream house which I interior-designed myself. I selected every item in the house- every plumbing fixture, every light fixture, switch, light bulb, every hinge, door knob, every faucet- you name it. It was A LOT of work taking over a year and a half and Klaff's made it possible without me hiring a designer. Before I found Klaff's I was having a real headache dealing with so many different retailers. It was difficult working with all different shops and trying to build relationships with each shop in order to ensure timely delivery of goods. I was driving all over the tri-state area shopping for appliances- fixtures tiles etc until I found Klaff's. It was like an immense relief that place exists! Shopping online was a total crap shoot. Stuff would come missing parts or arrived broken or in the wrong finish and it was a pain in the butt repacking and getting return labels to ship back to online retailers. Some never issued refunds despite getting product back. Plus I couldn't seem to "connect with a human being" to describe what part i needed when i shopped online. I never even got the high $$ items I ordered from efaucets after waiting 19 weeks! it was nearly impossible to get a human being on the phone at efaucets.com so i wound up cancelling all my orders on efaucets and getting everything at Klaff's. I bought all my high end plumbing fixtures for my bathrooms and kitchens there. If there were any issues on the orders they rectified them right away! They got me missing parts and swapped things which didn't work. That process was a JOY instead of a nightmare. The client services I received was absolutely top notch. Always a phone call - a text message back even on someone's day off. And they used their truck delivery to get items to my home right when they were needed. Klaff's has an outstanding collection of materials and their managers are in high demand because they know their product and care about their clients. It is a busy shop because they are the best at what they do so it is useful to get an appointment set up to get undivided attention. They also have salespeople each with their own "style" so that you can work with the type of sales associate You LIKE to work with. All the managers care about their work. Klaff's has a very busy business and ARE in high demand but trust me they are worth it. It would take a long time to list all the people I enjoy working with there who made my renovation experience a success. Lou Anne, Ramon, Lonnie, Marcos, Jason, Mr Barber, and of course Joe and family. My house is gleaming and I couldn't be happier. I would not have been able to pull off such a huge project without their help. Thank you Klaff's!

Klaff's is a terrific resource for both the homeowner and the profession. You can rely on the staff to give you the most up to date information and to expeditite your orders efficiently. As I always say anyone can sell a good product once and get it right. But supporting the sale when things go wrong separates a regular vendor from a superior one. We were looking for a Kitchen sink and faucets, pendant lighting and counter back splash tile. We found the lighting fixtures and tile that my client liked quickly since they were featured in displays. The sink and faucet took considerably longer because of my clients particular criteria but Ben and others at Klaffs spent the time necessary to come up with the sink and faucet that my client was happy with.
