I worked with Todd and Jacob at TK Home Designs. I'm in the industry day in and day out and let me tell you, these guys are true professionals. We made quite a few revisions and they were always there for great advice and willing to help. Service was 5 STARS! Jacob was great to work with and always responded quickly. Very reasonable on price as well.

A double thanks to Todd and Katie for two great design jobs. First, they designed my son's spectacular Craftsman home on a 1.3 acre wooded, walk-out lot in Northvile, MI. I was the general contractor, and I heard many kudos, from the permit office to the sub-contractors, praising TKs drawings. Second, they designed our home renovation in Farmington Hills that doubled the size of our kitchen, moved a powder room, doubled our master bath and enlarged our walk-in closet. We all love the results, and we appreciate TKs many innovative suggestions that made these projects extra special.

We used TK Designs to help us design our new dream home and we are thrilled with the outcome. From start to finish everyone that was involved in our project was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend Todd and his team for all your future projects.

I'll keep it short. Among the 100's of decisions I made building my custom house, working with Todd at TK Design was--by far--my best decision.

I have been a builder for over 20 years and I wanted to build the "Perfect" home for my family. I sketched a plan and ideas out for Todd and he made our plans come to life. Todd and his staff were exceptional to work with and hit every one of our time goals with completing our plans. My wife and I really enjoyed when we could see the artistic passion in Todd's work from the very first time we met. I am on my second home building project with Todd and his Amazing staff... The first building project was to be my final home to someday retire, and live out my golden years there... But as neighbors watched this home being built the more compliments I received ! We had literally just completed the homes final touches and a knock came at my door, it was from our neighbors across the lake, she and her husband loved the homes design and made me an offer I could not refuse !!! I'm thinking this house isn't even for sale, what ???!!! Long story short, we are now beginning our second home with Todd's new home plans designed just for us !!
