I own a small investment company in Tallahassee. I purchase foreclosed homes, renovate them, and resell them. I have done three complete house remodels, with Greg. The remodels included complete renovation of the kitchens and baths, drywall repair, paint, and flooring throughout the entire home. Greg came in gave me a price and was able to stay on budget the entire project. I plan on using him on all my future investments and would recommend him to my family and friends

I highly recommend this company for any construction needs! Imagine my shock when my garage door installer told me he could not install my door because all the wood around my garage door was destroyed by termites. There was extensive damage that took about five days to repair! They were prompt,courteous, and highly professional. I gave them the key to my home so I could still work and had not a qualm about it. They took pictures for me so I can deal with my pest control company that I had paid for 25 yrs! They're price was very reasonable considering the amount of wood that had to be replaced - it was unbelievable to me, but they kept me informed. They are the only contractors I will ever use!

Completed several projects around the house including painting bathroom, installation of medicine cabinet and painting around windows. I was given a very reasonable quote and Greg stuck to that quote and completed the work in a very timely manner. His quality of work was very high and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

After my Air Conditioner backed up and flooded the wood floor in 4 rooms of my house, I contacted Greg Avant of Avant & Avant Construction, Inc., to give me a quote for the much dreaded repair/remodel process. I also contacted 2 other local contractors for quotes. All three quotes were very close in price however, after much conversation with Mr. Avant, we decided to contract the job with him. We had to remove 3 rooms of wood flooring and replaced with porcelain tile, removed the dining room wall and constructed an archway between the dining room and foyer. All work was performed while we continued to live in the house. Mr. Avant was ever mindful the we were continuing to live in the house and assured that during the entire process that all my furniture was covered and gently moved and I never had to empty my China cabinet or curio cabinet. His work was impeccable and completed on time as we agreed. I was extremely satisfied with the work performed and would not hesitate to call on Avant & Avant Construction Inc. in the future, whether it be a remodel or to build a house from the ground up.
